We stayed here because it was close to the venue we were seeing. Came home at 2:00 am to find fresh blood on the sheets, burn marks and long black hair, the bedspread was absolutely filthy…Obviously the sheets had not been changed. Went to the front desk and they were not helpful at all. They said that all their stuff was stained but clean…😖. Went to take a shower in the morning and black hair all over in it. Then I went to use a towel to dry off and there were yellow stains on it. Unfortunately there was no where else to go and we were stuck here. Very grossed out by this entire stay. Definitely NOT recommend. I took pictures and have proof of all my allegations
It is 3am as I write this review. My husband and I are currently checked into the Fife location. We've hardly slept, and we're scheduled to be up in 3 hours for work. People are blasting their music from their vehicles in the parking lot and their rooms. People arguing right outside our door, smoking in front of our room, kids screaming and running up and down the hallway. We've contacted front desk 3 times since 10pm. This is a madhouse. If you are a working professional or someone who requires sleep at night, I recommend you find a safer establishment. If you are a low life thug, you'll love this location.
DIRTY room, very uncomfortable mattress. Extremely loud, doors slamming, people talking and cars coming and going all night long. Took the dogs out for a walk around midnight, 2 rooms openly dealing drugs. Management is either criminally incompetent or in on it. I would very much recommend not staying here, its so loud you wont sleep and its not a safe environment.
Warm welcome from reception as I needed early access to my room. It was no problem. The hotel is next to a busy freeway and the glazing hardly cuts out the noise on that side. Wi fi was good, room pretty basic but it was fine, good room heater/air, you get what you would expect, it was fine.
I had to go to Washington and just needed a place to stay with easy access to Interstate 5. Nothing extra, just a place to spend the night. They offer different prices so ask if they give a price break for anything like AAA, CDL, Military, or Seniors. I choose a handicapped access room and the roomed a twin bed that gave more floorspace for getting around. The bathroom had a tub with lots of handrails and bench across the tub. This worked good for me as I use a cane to walk with. The walkway infant of the handicapped rooms were on the ground floor with a handrail.
