So disappointing.... 1) Complained about the coffee and was immediately shot down, "we have great coffee, whats wrong with it"? It tastes like it was made 5 hours ago, Worse coffee I've ever had. Front desk woman reluctantly poured it out and made a fresh pot. Whole time muttering under her breath that there was nothing wrong with it, etc....

On behalf of the management and staff, I apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay with us. I have already addressed these issues with the front desk, the housekeeping department and the management so that we handle these type of situations differently in future. Because of the bad weather and snowing here in this town, the snow plowing guys...

I stayed here with some friends while visiting The Brick in Rosyln for a concert. The room was very spacious, clean and comfy. Desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. This place was super affordable and the perfect place to crash after a night of dancing at the Brick. I will stay here again! Ask about "Stan the Man"... it is...

Based on myself experience this an above average econo lodge, very clean, large rooms, good breakfast with very professional and attentive staff. Quiet season when we were there, but I imagine it fills up in the summer, one of last hotels before the pass. Good wifi and TV, easy access from highway, good restaurant within a one minute walk.

I arrived here for a wedding that I was a part of and I got such terrible customer service from the supposed "Front Desk Manager" that it really just made the stay at the hotel go down the drain. Honestly a hotel could be pretty shabby and run down but if the staff have good customer service for me that...

I got bite by bed bugs really bad, customer service is terrible, back door is never locked and open to everyone, breakfast is not good, bad smells from rooms and hallways, weight room is a joke, two machines in there and rest of room is filled with chairs and old tvs

Check in was easy. Room was decent for the $$ saved the most by booking thru trip advisor. No elevator so prepare to carry bags up to 2nd floor. Had problems connecting to the Internet, but my phone may be fussy. I'd stay here for $80, rather than 180, on the other side of the mountain (seattle area)

It may be the nicest place in town (we didn't check them all, however). Very clean, recently upgraded throughout. Well-stocked and very clean breakfast bar. We paid <%100 for a room and were happy to find it.

We stopped over night on our way to the Washington Peninsula. It is close to the Cle Elum Bakery and to Owens Meats. (East of those locations). Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The lobby was nice and we were checked in quickly. The only downside was their breakfast - it wasn't anything special. Cold...

We stayed at Econo Lodge at the beginning of July on our way from Wenatchee to Port Angeles. We were too tired to drive after a day full of baseball tournaments. So it worked great for us. Hotel is clean and has all necessities there for you. Had dinner across the street at the Cottage Cafe which was pretty decent...

Spent a night in Cle Elum on my way to Eastern Oregon and found the Econo Lodge quite nice. My room was big and the AC worked perfectly! The front desk person was very customer focused and you can tell he wants his guests to enjoy their stay. I found the motel to be very reasonably priced especially during the...
