The reviews on tripadvisor scared us about this place. The Best Western was full, so we were staying here. We arrived and the outside appeared to match the pictures. The clerk was very friendly and we were quickly checked in. I don't think they have elevators. The deck had a squishy spot in it. We checked into our room and...

After reading a few poor reviews, we were a little nervous about staying here, but once we got to our room, we found it was just the opposite of those poor reviews. Our room was modern with all the amenities you need. So what if the TV is not brand new. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. It is...

I stay on Bainbridge quite a lot. I have tried the Best Western Plus. It is nicer and newer and about twice the price without being twice as good. If you just need a bed and WiFi - this fits the bill. The TV is useless (glass tube no less) and the place could use an update but if you...

I often visit Bainbridge Island, staying very comfortably at the Best Western on High School Road. But this weekend they were full so I tried the nearby Island Country Inn. Never again. I had room 111 and was immediately greeted with a tsunami of overpowering plug-in air fresheners -- 2 in the small space. Once I unplugged them and tried...

I needed a place to sleep on my way from Spokane to Port Townsend last year, and chose this Inn. I'm SO glad! The room was clean, comfortable, and homey - not like a cookie-cutter hotel. But the best part was how friendly and kind the people were. The staff made this lovely stay perfect!

I was just staying the night before taking the Seattle ferry in the morning, and this was fine for that. Seemed to be a bit on the outskirts, but there was a nice dinner place right there. No complaints.

This hotel is a little up the hill from the downtown area. Clean rooms, however, very noisy. We did not get any sleep. Would not return here. There is a Best Western right across the street where I have stayed before, nice and quiet in that hotel.

Very central Location. This is a motel with outside doors, not an Inn. I'm not super picky and I stay in a lot of inexpensive hotels, but this one is pretty dirty. The rooms are dated and not very clean. TV and furniture is old. Beds have a weird pillow top that is not attached, so the topper and sheets...

The comforters seem to be 20+ years old and have never been washed. Housekeeping does a poor job. "breakfast" is cereal...not a nice place at all. Really old 19" TV. Limited TV channel selection. Smells bad.

Basic 2-star motel was disappointing on repeat visit. While the storm and resulting power outage was not their fault, the hotel made absolutely NO apologies for the inconveniences. There was absolutely NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE, NO GENERATOR, NO COFFEE and only coly yogurt and whole fruit for the breakfast. Worse, No compensation for the inconvenience and lack of amenities and...
