Andre gave us such great personal attention, food was great and the service was perfect. He explained the menu and was spot on with the chicken quesadilla. The beer was cold and Andre was on point. I can’t express how great he was His drink knowledge and overall attitude was just second to none.

The facility was conveniently located for the activities we had planned. The room was clean, we did have to call down twice for toilet paper to be replaced in the room. My biggest complaint is the free breakfast- only for two adults in the room and kids under 12. Are people ages 13-17 no longer kids? I have to feed them, otherwise I’d be arrested for neglect. So I don’t understand why a free breakfast excludes minors over the age of 12. I wouldn’t choose this hotel if I were traveling with teens- paying for hotel quality breakfast for kids is ridiculous.

This has been my home base as I have been training for a Rescue Swimming program for the last past 3 months. The location is perfect, the cleaning staff are the highlight of my afternoon and the staff is as friendly as Mr Rogers. Thank you specifically too: Bar tender Miles, the front desk Kerryann and Intan; housekeeping Monica, and Anabela and the rest of the staff. It’s been a delight.

I've been staying at Holiday Inn Williamsburg fir almost a month now. Thus is certainly the best hotel that I've stayed at in Williamsburg. The bistro in the lobby has great servers and the Bartended Andre has be like family.

Good location. Toll free reservation was a nightmare. At the start of the call, I told the person I wanted two rooms at the same location for one night. I used points plus $60 to make the first reservation. When I tried to make the second reservation, she said there were no more rooms available. I called the hotel directly, thinking that as a Platinum Elite member, perhaps the manger could find a second room. I left voicemails for a manager 6/10 and 6/11; no one ever returned the calls. The upholstered chair in the “upgraded” room had blue duck tape on the corners. Told the manger, who did nothing. AAA tour book says full breakfast included; manager said not included, even after I showed him the tour book. Staff member Shalynn was professional and very helpful.

Andre had amazing customer service at breakfast getting us everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We went to Busch gardens and had a great stay. The rooms and hotel common areas were clean, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

After a nightmare experience with another hotel, we showed up at 11pm trying to find a place to crash and were immediately met with kindness and wonderful hospitality. Jan heard our horror story and made sure we were taken care of with a room and even provided a courtesy call once we got in it to check and make sure everything was clean, and that we felt safe and comfortable. The room itself was spotless, beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was overall an amazing experience. This is our new go to hotel anytime we’re in the Williamsburg area!
