These units are large and well equipped. Grounds are well maintained. Located close to Bush Gardens, Williamsburg, Viringa beach, Jamestown, Washington DC and much more. If handicapped ask for a one story unit without steps - if not available lots of steps inside and outside.

Great family vacation. Good location, near outlets, Busch Gardens, military golf courses and in the summer Water Country USA. Stayed in the Cottages, which is like staying in your own home. Pool was nice. Helpful and friendly staff

Always a wonderful place to stay. Kings Creek Plantation is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are well maintained. We particularly enjoy Colonial Williamsburg while we're there! Also an easy distance to Jamestown and Yorktown.

We visited Williamsburg the week after Christmas and stayed in the cottages at Kings Creek Plantation. It was perfect for us! It felt like being at home for a week! Our teenage daughter and niece were with us and they stayed in the lockout 1 bedroom, it was perfect for them, they had their space and were still in the...

We have stayed here twice since late September. Great place to bring your family. My only issue is that if you have teenagers, for the 2nd bedroom, the beds are twin sized which is small for a teenager. The mattresses are comfortable, but I wish that they would upgrade the 2nd bedroom to full size beds. Otherwise, the cottages are...

Great environment and location! We really enjoyed the use of the facilities and dining at the nearby restaurants. There were great areas nearby for entertainment and shopping as well. The Help Desk was very courteous and informative. While there, we experienced problems with watching movies on the television via the dvd player. When I called the Help Desk, they sent...

First time staying at the resort though we have been owners almost 4 years. We took our grandchildren with us and the only thing for them to do was use the pool, play putt putt and play on the play ground. Very boring for kids but I think that is meant to be like that so families go to Busch...

My husband and I spent our Christmas vacation at King's Creek Plantation and were pleasantly surprised at the recent upgrade. We have stayed at this resort for the past several years during Christmas and it had been looking a little dated. The stove, microwave, and refrigerator in the kitchen were new as well a the dining room and living room...

We stayed in the 1 bedroom accommodations, which was very spacious for two people. So very close to Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown and of course Busch Gardens, so travel time did not eat up a lot of our sightseeing day.

The unit was OK but not great. The bedrooms on 2nd floor meant lugging suitcases. If you have trouble with stairs this is not your place. The living room furniture was poor quality and not comfortable plus it was only a sofa bed and one straight back upholstered chair. It needs at least one recliner if not two. The advertised...

“Furniture could use an update. Need more seating in the living room. Had a problem with the blinds in upstairs Master Suite. Appliances were fine. Gas fire place was wonderful. ”

“Check with them regarding fireplace...couldn't get it to produce heat...last year in cottages was gas fireplace. This was electric and perhaps there was something we didn't do correctly. I meant to call and ask but never got around to it”

“There was no downstairs closet in our 2BR Cottage Unit .. We were advised by property management that our unit was the only one in which the builders originally placed the washer/dryer unit in the usual location for the downstairs closet and that the upstairs closet should have contained the washer/dryer unit, along with the hot water tank .. This would have made it easier to do the laundry, since we had to bring our clothes down the steps to wash & dry them before bringing them back upstairs, to store them in the bedrooms .. Kitchen space was not efficient in that there were no aerial cabinets to store food items, so all non refrigerated food items had to be stored on floor level cabinets .. The bathrooms did not have vanity drawers making it harder to access toiletries .. That said, Kings Creek Plantation is a very nice and relaxing place to stay .. I look forward to going back there some day!”
