Deleon was the best breakfast server. He has excellent customer service and possesses a very genuine spirit!! Excellent experience! I would recommend strongly that you stay and enjoy as well!! Book it!
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your hotel! The service was impeccable, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. My daughter lost one of her toys at the complimentary breakfast and the staff was very kind and helped us locate it, I think the employee was called Thabut. The rooms were great and well maintained. Great location too, if you're looking for a hotel near Busch Gardens for the family - cannot recommend this hotel enough!
Check in was very quick and easy, very friendly and caring staff, clean and room is newly renovated and bigger than expected, complimentary breakfast some many choices , the location is perfect if you’re visiting colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and water country, loved the restaurant across the street, we enjoyed the indoor pool and the new gym room
Great location everything around us that is worth seeing is 2 to 15 min drive time. Plus Linda Timmons was awesome and knowledgeable of the area an so nice and kind. Best person to ask about what is worth to see and do......
I've never dealt with anything like this before. Checked in Friday. No parking spots available. Front desk person was advising guests to park in the fire lane. Construction debris, containers and equipment in parking lot. Construction workers drinking(partying) in parking lot. Stairwells full of construction tools and hotel furniture. Translucent paper was taped over our room windows which didn't block parking lot and sign lighting from outside. Elevator stopped working and maintenance person had to prop door open to maintenance area so that the elevator equipment wouldn't overheat because it wasn't cooled properly. Shower did not work Saturday morning. Informed front desk. Returned Saturday afternoon and shower had not been repaired. Front desk person came to room and verified not working. Said he would contact me for a resolution. Never did. Left early Sunday morning and told front desk that the shower issue was never resolved and I would not be paying. Credited our card for the full amount. Later charged my card for a different amount. We were there for a soccer tournament. Not being able to shower at all and get restful sleep was a huge problem.…
I loved my stay at this holiday inn . My room was very new and clean …. Breakfast had a lot of varieties . People at the front desk were very helpful and nice . We’ll definitely be staying there again . Maya by the front dest is very professional amazing at her job.

I can’t tell you how many things are wrong here, but you will regret staying here. Let’s start with the construction that runs in the hotel, including all weekend, where you won’t even be able to sleep in. We had no hot water for part of our stay. Our entire stay we had no wifi and we’re told ‘sorry, it doesn’t reach all rooms’. We booked this hotel for the pool and guess what? Pool was down too to dry wall the ceiling? You would think they could give you a heads up before staying that over half the amenities you pay for will not be functioning. We asked for our room to be cleaned, which you have to go to the front desk and ask just for it to be cleaned, and they barely took out the garbage and hung a few new towels. No changed bedding or other cleaning items, no refill of coffee or cups, nothings. When brought to the attention of staff and front desk they make excuses and say there is nothing they can do. And to top it all off the fire alarms go off at midnight multiple nights a week, the entire fire department will come wake you up, and then you will get to listen to the owner yell at workers in the hallway about hot water not being important at 1 in the morning :) STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT ANY SLEEP OR POOL OR WIFI OR SAFETY. The side doors they keep open for any Tom or hairy to come in at any time. It’s dirty all over from construction. The elevator is covered in cardboard that’s been drawn on, just don’t stay here…
We stayed for 4 nights in our newly renovated room. on the 3rd floor. Hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, and so convenient to Busch Gardens (about 15 mins) and Jamestown , which we visited. LOVED the HOT coffee available 24/7, and the great hot breakfast selection, along with the usual cereals, fruit, etc. We had plenty of clean towels to last, and the beds were very comfy with lots of pillows! There is even a Keurig in your room, with coffee K cups. I'm glad I brought my hair dryer, since there wasn't one hooked up in the bathroom yet. Safes had not been installed in rooms yet, but were ready to be put in. Glad we chose this one- daughter staying down the road had a horrible time at hers- couldn't even get towels for 2 days! Wish we had time to take a swim in the beautiful indoor pool!…
Stay anywhere else but here. We drive 6 hours and arrived at 10pm. It took us 30 minutes to check in because I asked to use a different credit card than the one I used for the reservation, instead, they double-billed us. The parking lot was full of construction equipment and there was no parking. We got to the room and there was no wifi, no desk chair or any other chairs, just a bed and an old loveseat that was old decor (I’ll post pictures)— we have to work while we’re in town. The toilet didn’t flush and there was only lukewarm water in the shower and the tub was stained.. We contacted the desk clerk - who offered to let us work downstairs in a public area to access the wifi, and didn’t much care about any other issues we had. We asked to move to another holiday inn hotel, they would not do that. We asked to cancel the remaining nights of our reservation - they also refused. We were not told when we made the reservation that the hotel was under construction and we are being charged the full rate. When Neven wouldn’t help us, we contacted Customer relations, but apparently the hotel night clerk, Neven, has the authority to refuse to allow guest relations to let us find a furnished functional room with warm water and working toilet as an alternative. I strongly recommend not staying here. I was too tired, at 1am when we finally gave up trying to get anyone from holiday inn to help us, to take a picture of the 0 parking spaces and all the crap in the back of the lot.…
