This was our second time staying at the kingsgate and its hard to find things to complain about. Pretty good location, free arcade, good onsite things to do. If you can bargain for a good price- you'll have a great stay.

I was charged for amenities even though I was there in winter and to,d them I would be spending my days with my son, a doctoral candidate at William & Mary, and had no intention of using any of the resort’s facilities. They “justify” it by saying you are paying for WiFi. At $6.00 a day, that’s pretty expensive WiFi.
