Our room was perfectly clean and had a fresh smell; we were there for 3 nights. I have previously been in the hospitality business and have inspected rooms for housekeeping departments, so I tend to notice things. There was absolutely no problem with this room. Should you ever have any problems with your rooms, just let the front desk know. Most are willing to move you to another room, if one is available or take care of your concern in some manner.
