This bed & breakfast was not my ‘cup of tea’. When I arrived, my first impression of the house was that it was abandoned, (this is an extremely old building), there was no one on the premises, no owner, caretaker, housekeeper, other guests, not even the family cat – no one. The

Thank you, Elizabeth, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay in our Anderson Suite! It was a pleasure to host you while you picked up your daughter from Camp Mont Shenandoah. I loved hearing about her adventures there and your life adventures. The two of you were wonderful guests and we look forward to having you both back!

Noel, it's always a pleasure to host your getaways. Please do keep coming back...as much as the important things stay blissfully the same, there are some exciting changes happening as well in the area, as you note. I too enjoy the new restaurants, we're lucky to have such fabulous food in such a peaceful place.

We spent several days recently at The Anderson Cottage. An enjoyable stay. We had the Garden Suite which was very private.
