So, I normally don't leave reviews, but I thought that I should because of the experience I received from this hotel. It is a great thing when you can come into a hotel and be greeted with great customer service. I mean Gabby was amazing with explaining the the app sometimes have glitches, so she helped us. And when I woke up early because I was hot, Anthony offered a bottle of water and pleasant conversation. Speaking of Anthony, I believe that he would be a great General Manager of a hotel. His mannerisms, his thought process and the way that he interacts with the guest is remarkable. I can only assume that the way he takes of the guest is how he is with his team. With that being said, any company would be all the better to have him guiding the helm of their hotel. Its is refreshing in the world of Covid to have good customer service like this. Thanks, Angel…
My husband and I stopped here while on a road trip and Anthony offered a warmest welcome! The hotel is comfortable, clean and reasonable — but what made it REALLY stand out was the lovely Anthony! Not only was he nice to chat with, but he also offered suggestions for dinner, helped with our luggage and took the time to find us a quiet hotel room as we were tired from driving several hours.
From check in with Marjorie to check out, our stay was superior. Large clean rooms, great guest service and a super location, near malls , I -64, shopping and dining within walking distance, this hotel and staff is outstanding!
Second time staying here. First time we found an adult toy packaging in the bottom dresser drawer. This time we found an open box of condoms in the nightstand drawer when we arrived. Made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Appeared clean, but saw where someone drew a penis on the window in the condensation, so that was not cleaned. Very noisy stay during Valentines weekend, between the constant traffic from the boulevard to the people next door. Also, website stated reduced service for breakfast, but we were told nothing was open. On the 5th floor there is a locked door that you have to use your room key to access the ice machine, this door kept rejecting the key until about the tenth try every time. Also, was told that parking was "complimentary". Have to laugh at that one.... free parking garage is owned by the city, so it's actually "complimentary" to everyone. Beds are comfy and bathroom was average, so with the current crisis I would say it was an okay stay. But, probably won't stay there again.…
I did enjoy my stay for many times, Anthony the staff member was an excellent front desk, he was awesome in providing welcome and fabulous skills. I recommend Hilton Inn Town Center, I enjoyed my stay the most this time. ,
