I'm a Sheraton SPG member but was treated poorly. When we arrived, there were no valets to help with our car or luggages. We had to drag our luggage to the front desk where the two women behind the reception counter looked angry and uninviting. They didn't give us a map of the hotel nor did they ask if we...

I travel to the DC area every two weeks to visit my girlfriend. We like to make it romantic and we usually get a hotel somewhere to relax in and do the touristy stuff. I've stayed in every hotel in the NOVA area and this was by far a shocking disappointment. This hotel is situated conveniently just off Rt. 7...

The room was ok we did not use much services. The first night I felt an allergic reaction but could not understand why but than I realized that Sheraton is a pet friendly hotel. One of the neighboring rooms had a dog that kept on barking until 2:30am Could not change hotels as we were attending a wedding 😞

Dear WWPTraveller, Thank you for staying with us and providing feedback to assist us in better servicing our guests. I apologize for the barking dog that interrupted your sleep. We are a dog friendly hotel, however, we try to place our furry friends on lower floors to avoid disturbing other guests. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day,...

I stay at the Sheraton hotel while on my business trips. I love the location, it is walking distance to various of restaurants and Walmart. The staff are very friendly and take the time to get to know you and your likes - this is especially true for those to stay at the hotel for an extended period of time,...

Though a little far from where i had my meetings the hotel provides great worth for the money paid. One of the most comfortable beds i have slept in a long time, great service from the staff who were very helpful in providing information on how to get from place to place. Will stay there when im in Washington next.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel recently. We arrived early as we were only traveling from Charlottesville, having spent 2 nights there. They were able to accommodate us without any difficulty. The only glitch at all was that we had a club room and when we tried to get into the club room in the afternoon, our card did...

This hotel might not have the best decor and what I can tell you is that they have the best team! The minute you walk through the front door, the staff is there to greet you with a smile & by name. The team consists of: Scott, Tsomo, Allison, Meryem, Dara, Karen, Nichole, Liz, Nicolia, Max, Karen, Sara, Tito, Kevin,...

Visited the Tyson area with my family including our dog. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Hotel is at great location with beautiful lobby. Rooms are large and clean. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was excellent, worth the money. It's a very nice experience.

I am a business traveler and I stay at the hotel very often. All hotels have ups and downs, especially when you stay there as often as at your own house. The important thing is the hotel's responsiveness to those challenges. And this hotel is very good at it. The staff is very friendly and the hotel does go the...

This is a decent hotel with clean rooms. It's close to the Metro, though walking over there can be kind of hairy since the area is not very well designed for pedestrian purposes. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance that are worth eating at. Internet was fast enough to stream live sports from NBC.

Dear ENOTTY, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness of our rooms and our close proximity to the Metrorail. There are two sidewalks that provide convenient access to the Metrorail from Sheraton Tysons: one can be accessed by walking past Walmart, the other can be accessed via the parking garage. I am...
