This hotel is a total disgrace. 1. Welcome very unfriendly, with me standing in a corridor that stinks, and some people hanging around somewhat threateningly. It took a long time for the receptionist to come, and she was pretty unfriendly. Her directions to the room were difficult to follow. 2. Of the three lights in the room, only one of the bedside lights is working. All light fittings are broken up and look dangerous. 3. The room is very smelly. It's a no-smoking room, but there are cig ends all over the place in cracks in the furniture and walls. 4. The furniture and bathroom are totally destroyed. The carpet is filthy and I want to touch nothing except the bed sheets. There is no evidence that cleaning is taken seriously. 5. I do not feel safe in this hotel. There are quite a few people just hanging around, and I am not confident that the door lock will stand up to much. 6. The taxi driver who rescued me from this hell-hole told me that it has a reputation for drug dealing, and that I should not stay there.…

40 seniors stayed here overnight on our way to Cape Cod and then on our way back home.Brittany welcomed us cheerfully and politely. We had many questions for her as to nearby restaurants, etc. at 7:30 pm it would challenge the most patient desk clerk. Brittany was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful assisting us with local pizza delivery, furnishing us with phone numbers. We had problems with the electronic keys. Although she was all alone, Brittany managed to assist every one of us politely and courteously. We were in room 113 which was immaculately clean with a microwave and refrigerator. The room appeared to be newly renovated with a separate bath and vanity area. There were two queen size beds, good bedding and pillows, desk, chairs, good lighting and a/c and coffee. This was the worst hotel room I've ever seen. It was supposed to be the "suite"...Lmao... Even the TV and cable box had to be hooked up. I've never had to do that in a rented hotel room! I also had to get my own light bulbs! It was supposed to be a couples getaway to soak in the whirlpool tub, but I spent the majority of my time working on the room.

I thought I’d gotten a bargain. It appeared dirty and unsafe. There weren’t even lightbulbs in the lamps. Key card never worked, even with employee assistance. There was some strange drawing on the wall that was obviously left by a guest. Never again!

I came here to live ....end of story. They have slot to change here because the front desk does not do their job. They just stand around and talk or doing other things. It takes awhile before they come to help out

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The Office area closed; the side check-in walk was dirty from years of traffic. 1st room had broken and missing items. toilet would not flush. 2nd room sink drain stopper missing. Elevator dirty and stunk of smoking residue. two of the other rooms had broken windows. In general, the place is a pig stye. Sleep quality poor due to traffic noise.

Run away while you have the chance. Not at all like pictured and described. No pool or breakfast as stated. Wyndham should be embarrassed to list this in their inventory of hotels. I considered contacting the local health department. The stench of urine and smoke was everywhere inside and out. Windows were boarded up or taped up to keep them from falling out The room I was given was doubling as a storage room for broken furniture. There was even a mobile Narcan trailer in he parking lot for those who needed it’s services On a positive note, they did issue an immediate credit card refund when I stated that I could never stay there

The place has no pool, no breakfast, barely any locks on the doors, and the rooms are filthy, damaged, and I got bug bites in the night. Didn’t sleep because of constant activity outside the room, and with the broken lock this was terrifying.

This hotel is worst that staying in a dump. The room was nasty, smelled of urine, and the furnishings were in unusable conditions. The smoke detector had been removed. The bedspread had cigarette burns. This was suppose to be a non-smoking room. We were approached by homeless people asking for money. According to Wyndham Rewards, they have these hotels inspected on a regular basis and this hotel was inspected within the last 3 months. Either Wyndham Rewards has very low standards, or thier inspector is an incompetent liar.

Worst hotel and a nightmare. Do not stay here. The entire hotel is dirty. Bed linens are nasty and towels were soiled. There was no toilet paper in the room. Writing and spray paint on the walls. Awful!
