Enjoyed every minute staying at Stone Store Lodge. Richard is awsome, full of stories, advices and knowledges. Lodge has only three rooms, all spacious with ceilings to floor windows and balcony. Breakfast is cooked by Richard or one of his little helpers! Enjoy bath in a bush. Just don't be suprised if you do not want to leave that little...

Its a beautiful part of NZ but getting quite crowded IMHO. This little B&B allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds with great food next door (see my Wakarepuku restaurant review) and 15 min drive to the bustling Paihia (and Russell ferry) Richard is great, rooms are fine and location in the bush is very pleasant.

We had a really lovely stay here at Stone Store Lodge for two nights. It was very peaceful, spacious room with everything you could need. The breakfast made by our host Richard both mornings was fantastic. We would definitely love to stay here again if we are back up in Kerikeri. Handy to good restaurants and a pleasant walk to...

We are regulars to Kerikeri, but this was our first stay at Stone Store Lodge. I can't rate this B&B high enough! Richard's attention to detail is exceptional. It is a 5 star stay - from the size, layout, extra comforts away from home - down to the level of interaction from the host. We woke to birdsong and a...

Normally I plan all of my travel in advance. While we read about this property beforehand, we weren't sure we would end up in Kerikeri so didn't book it in advance. We called from the actual Stone Store (just a stone's throw away) and Richard met us there to show us his place. we stayed in the Magnolia Room and...

We booked for one night and stayed three nights. Great location with Wharepuke restaurant and Rainbow Falls bush walk both a short stroll away. Richard the owner is a laid back yachtie who had the happy knack of appearing at exactly the right moment to give us the true knowledge on drives/walks/restaurants. Loved the silence at night and birds in...
