When I first walked in on Easter Sunday I was told there are no tables and I would not get served anywhere. It was like walking into the bar in Star wars! Talk about 'we don't like your kind here'. The waitress was so rude to me. I sent my cousin in (a man) and she was fine to him...

My husband and I stayed in one of the new Park Studio rooms. It was perfectly adequate for the few nights we were there and very good value for what we got. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a nice little balcony which opened at tree level onto some gardens. It was lovely seeing the birds early...

We booked a table earlier in the day, so when we arrived early we had a drink in the bar and were then seated at our table. The service was great our waitress was very helpful in showing us what was gluten free on the menu and was very attentive topping up water and refreshing our drinks. The meals were...

Stopped in for a quick tea, we shared the Calamari and the smoked salmon so delicious, gorgeous surroundings, wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely next time will make more time to enjoy the great menu, excellent service.

I was there on a slowish Sunday. Good service and even better food. Had market fish which was really really good Will be back. I have never had a substandard meal here in visiting over the last 2 years. Staff turnover seems to minamal which is always a good sign!

The rooms were out standing and very well presented . HOWEVER the staff were terrible unprofessional to say the least. Helping them to the marshmallows form the jar ment for the coffee and eating them while they walked up and down the bar while sorting bottles and glasses making us wait for over 5 min before serving us for a...

The first time we were 3 related adults and had a nice meal with lovely service on a wednesday evening. nothing fantastic but nothing to complain about either. The second time (we were a group of 8, perhaps noisy, related adults (youngest about 60). Service was excellent, food great especially the lamb and the "Chocolate Nirvana" sweet. in fact the...

While this Hotel may look old the accommodation and rooms are first class, while the bar area is noisy and full most of the time the dinning room and food selection and presentation is great. Of course the local shopping area is a ladies delight and you are welcomed and treated as if you were about to buy all on...

Lovely hotel in the center of the city. We had lunch on the balcony in front of the hotel, The menu was a little fancy but OK value. Greytown is not in the center of the vineyard region and we drove to Martin borough which took about 20 mins to drive. The hotel staff did offer to take us even...
