Great location with a short walk to the beach and local eateries, I read the reviews before i went and was concerned I made a bad choice, however except for the very dated decor i was pleasantly surprised. The Staff at reception are abosuley excellent and go out of there way to assist with any need, The continental breaksfast which...

I stayed at the Indian Ocean Hotel near Scarborough Beach in Perth for a weekend recently. Its decor was dated, but the room was comfortable and I slept well. The continental breakfast which was included in the tariff was good, with a variety of cereals and breads for toasting.

Stayed one night here with my children only to be abused by some druggy at reception my son was horrified and in tears, disgusted with the rooms everything is really old and scappy would never ever stay here again my kids are scared absolutely disgusted. The only good thing was the helpful friendly receptionist whom obviously has to put up...

If you want a cheap night and want a clean bed, this is for you. The building is old and the decor 1970 but it is serviceable. We slept well in clean beds and the rooms while not immaculate, were adequately clean. The included breakfast was only fair. What it lacks in style it makes up for in location and...

My husband and i stayed here to get away and have a relaxing weekend before having our baby. We were so dissapointed. The rooms were run down and more like a seedy motel. We have stayed in other hotels in the same price bracket and I was shocked at the rooms. The bathroom wasn't clean and worse of all we...

We stayed here fr a week after moving out of a disgusting place nearer to the airport. In comparison it was a palace but still in need of a major overhaul. The rooms were dark and dingy but clean and with room for suitcases. Not a lot of wardrobe or drawer space if staying more than a couple of nights...

Read the other reviews before I booked and ignored them. Glad I did! Sure the building is old but my room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed new, shower hot with plenty of water, TV large flat screen. Room very quiet and very clean. I phoned directly to book my room because I wanted a ground floor room. This...

I stayed at this place for 3 nights. It probably would have been better to not stay here at all. It is located very close to Scarborough Beach which is one of very few good things to point out, about this hotel. This point alone is a good one for those like myself, that wanted to be close to the...

According to "2014 Your Guide to Western Australia" booklet, it looked good, but the reality is far from it. Run down hotel, my room door did not lock properly, the reception forgot our wake up call, in fact, the guy was asleep when we checked out. Thank God, we had 2nd alarm clock for back up. Most of the guests...
