Went here for breakfast the other morning with my partner. There wasn't many options on the menu that weren't based around eggs (I'm a non egg eater). I ended up ordering some toast with bacon and cheese. My partner had the Mexican beans and eggs with chorizo which he said was good. Excellent location and service was good. Although they... More

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay at Cottesloe and I have to say that it was a pretty bizarre experience. We booked a 'Spa Room' and that's where the surreality began. The Reception Desk area is effectively a hole in the wall. We were informed that the hotel did not have Wi-Fi but we could go onto a... More

Slightly worn ( all the wood surfaces were bleached), large sparse rooms. Queen bed, average comfort and very average bedding, think synthetic blankets, with kitchenette, table with 2 chairs and TV. Very cheerful receptionist, happiest ever, and free secure parking opposite the beach are redeeming features. Paid WIFI only- very annoying- sends you across the road to the delightful Bruchetta,... Yes it is old and doesn't look very appealing but that is where it stops. Very clean and comfortable, great bed and very spacious. The ocean view is beautiful. Directly across the road from a great beach, which is lit up at night and has an excellent walking track alongside. The hotel is part of a corner pub, restaurant in... More

My wife and I stayed here for a total of 3 weeks during October while visiting family, in 3 different rooms and were impressed with the comfort of the beds and power of the showers! Due to the length of our stay we were looking for a 'budget' hotel and certainly the rooms were functional rather than stylish or luxurious,... More

We have stayed many times but this recent visit was the best. Overlooking the ocean.... what more could you ask! It is an older style hotel but any negatives are ovrrshadowed by the service we received, especially from Shelly at reception,Thanks for your understanding. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable and the water hot.The meals in the hotel are... More

Great location overlooking the beach.Food was good and had variety between tapas style and large dishes .Service was a bit slow but hey when your watching the beach on a sunny day having a beer who cares !Good place for tourists coming to Perth to visit .Go for a swim (between the flags ) then up to an iconic pub... We wanted a base out of the city as we had a car and would be gone on long day trips so just back for dinner and to sleep. This turned out to be a good choice, across the road from the beach so lots of fresh air rather than city buildings around us. Very spacious basic cost room had... More

Great value for a great location. 9kms from Subiaco & Hospitals. Walk across the road to one of the restaurants and get a good meal & glass of wine for $20. Lovely big rooms with a small kitchenette, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Walk across the road to the beach and restaurants.
