Stayed in a family villa. Air conditioning too small for the area and not suitable for QLD climate made the night stay very uncomfortable. Stairs to loft were dangerous and not to building requlations. Kids beds in loft, were trundle beds and limited head room. Will not be return

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry that your stay was so disappointing that you wont come back to stay with us! The air-conditioners have struggled, our summers are not what they used to be that is for sure. Think they said this is the hottest summer on record for our area. However we have implemented policy that replacement Air Conditioners will...

This little restaurant is out of the way but the staff are so welcoming, the food is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a good meal...forget chicken schnitzel and reef and beef with two prawns on it....this is REALLY good food. We have been here a few times and we have walked away each time thinking...

Consitantly good. Activities for the kids on holidays and decent well laid out cabins. We are so glad we didnt choose an apartment in a high rise as kellys resort has activities for the kids during school holidays, very big bonus. Grounds are well kept and cabins are really fun for the kids with the loft.

The staff are very lovely and accommodating. The facilities are great for kids, tennis, a pool, a games room and the on-site restaurant! They even had laser skirmish organised for the kids! We will definitely be returning.

Nice pools, good games room, bike hire etc. Natural setting, quiet with pleasant gardens and wildlife. We have stayed a few times now and will come back again. Great family value. Friendly staff. Well maintained.

This is a great, family friendly place to stay. Tennis Court, Pool, bikes to hire, snorkel gear to hire, all of that, but on top, the food at the restaurant is excellent! We certainly did not expect it and were blown away. The service too is brilliant, staff are lovely, really relaxed, friendly but efficient and helpful. We would particulary...

Kelly's Beach Resort is positioned perfectly, a short walk to a lovely swimming beach, a safe bike ride (we have a 9 year old daughter) into the shops, cafes and restaurants. Our turtle experience was wonderful, thanks to Sonia our guide, and the express in the turtle express meant we got to be group 1 on the beach. The villas...

Beach resort? Quite a distance from the beach Villas? Low quality; aircon in main living area only. If you're looking for luxury, go elsewhere; It's on a par with Butlins for luxury (for those who are familiar with the low-cost, no-frills UK holiday resort).

G'day We are not sure if you are aware that in Australia we have a star rating system based on the level of quality and luxury which also reflects pricing. Luxury would be 4.5 - 5 star and it would be approx $350-500+ a night in the Summer Holidays. We are a 3.5 star resort that provides clean comfortable, no...
