The Mercure is a good family hotel and probably the best option around Penrith. I believe this hotel is rated as a three star and I think this is accurate. The staff were friendly and relaxed on check in. The room was clean and a good size. The beds were really comfortable (not too hard or too soft) and this...

I stay at the Mercure in Penrith 4/7 nights per week while in Sydney on business. The staff are young and while some errors are made, the hotel management makes every effort to make up for those errors. The room I stay in is secure, quiet, clean and tidy, has a small bar fridge so I can make and take...

I have stayed here before and have been happy. This time my room seemed clean but the bathroom needs a makeover. There was a large amount of mould in the shower which is a real turn off and miss matched tiles, the vanity had seen better days. My previous stays....the bathrooms have been very modern and clean, so hopefully this...

Not a great hotel but not a bad hotel. Couple of small maintenance issues but they are easy fixes. Pretty quiet overnight but the aircon was like most places...fairly noisy. If you're after a feed or a drink, the Panthers Leagues Club is right next door and you won't be starved for eating choices. There's even a Krispy Kreme, Maccas...

Having stayed here when it was it was Chifley it is a step down! The staff were helpful on arrival. You are required to join hotel club to to given free Wi-Fi. The room looked clean on arrival. Opened my curtain for some afternoon sun, the dust on the curtains and window sill was bad. Kept on snagging hair with...

Stayed for 2 nights. Standard of room was fine, free Foxtel, no mini bar, very clean and quiet. Nice views. Staff very friendly and efficient. Had some trouble with the room a/c but lady from reception came to the room quickly and fixed it. Good gym, plenty of equipment in good working order. Didn't use the outdoor pool - basic...

I have stayed at the Mercure Penrith several times previously and always found it comfortable. Being an Accor Rewards member I received an upgrade to a Superior room which was appreciated. There are no dining facilities within the Hotel and guests have to go out, or can receive room service from a nearby restaurant or Kelly Bistro in Panthers Club....
