The location to the Panthers Entertainment Centre is the only good thing about this hotel. The room wasn't ready. After an hour of waiting no one let us know that it was ready even though they said they would. I can't fault the cleaning and bed making but the maintenance was awful. Amateur work. Lumpy silicon grout repairs, peeling paint....

It's been many, many years since I have stayed in a hotel room that was this run down. The paint was peeling off the walls, stained ceilings with that aspestos look to it, mould in bathroom, stale smell, flat pillows... In truth, the entire room needed gutting and replacing. I give it 1 star just for the spaciousness of the...

Was here for 3 days during the Diesel, DIrt & Turf Expo 2017. The reception was a breeze although we arrived a bit late due to time consumed setting up our booth for the expo. From the hotel to the expo is walking distance although was quite a walk. There are no breakfast included but you can include it later...

This hotel was very fun for the kids and mum and dad. Outside the hotel it is Panthers world and it is full of lots of take away joints and activities for adults and kids. My kids really enjoyed the aqua golf and eating out at all the restaurants. Really aussie environment, loved it! Great staff at the hotel. Only...

I had a room on the 5th floor with a nice view over some parkland. The breakfast buffet in the connected club was great. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Penrith. I was here for a meeting at iFLY. Free parking and a Krispy Creme across the road!

The Mercure in Penrith on the Mulgoa Road next to Panthers World of Entertainment is an exceptional place to stay. From the moment you walk into Reception you are treated with the utmost hospitality and respect. Being treated as a person and not just a number makes us feel wanted. We recently stayed at the Mercure Penrith to attend a rugby league game and the convenience of the location to park and club was ideal as the hotel is located right next door to the leagues club and across the road from the park. The hotel room was comfortable but the bed was not, our aircon was a little noisy...

Facility was not worth the price paid. We have stayed at nicer motels than this. Booked the King spa room and very disappointing. Spa falling apart, Bed old and hard, Lounges from the 90's. Only good thing to say was the service by the staff.
