Hi All, If you love camping this is an amazing place. I was concerned since I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the campground prior to arriving, but it worked out fine. We flew into the airport, rented a jeep, and headed to...More

My fiancé and I camped one night on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. The campgrounds were nice and almost empty! There were about 10 other tents in the campground, maybe because it was a weekday. Cost $30....not bad, but a little expensive considering all you're doing...More

I stayed with a large group. Camping area is quite large and divided in 4 sections. The management tries to spread the guests among the areas. The beach is beautiful, because it is protected on the east, and the reefs offshore, it is fairly safe...More

We were so happy about our recent visit to this beach and campground. The Friends of Culebra have had a notable impact on the cat population. The kitties are well fed, neutered and spayed and are a manageable colony. Last visit kitties were jumping out...More

Hello, I was wondering who you contacted to have a tent and bed ready... The official answer was that you need your own camping gear! Can you help? Thanks, Deb

We brought our own camping gear. We did talk to others who used a service on the island - it was expensive. Personally I think you could get some cheap gear on Craigslist and bring your own.

No tents are provided but they do have a little hotel on the island. When I was walking along the beach I did notice that people brought tents and camped out overnight.
