Julie & Robert would like to welcome you to our beautiful home. Come and experience the uniqueness that Cwmdu Country House Bed & Breakfast offers. Nestled in the valley of Cwmdu beside the river Ceri with views to the Preseli Hills and surrounded by ancient woodland. With only one very special en suite double bedroom and your own drawing room you should feel very much at home, with no other guests to disturb you. Celebration breaks a specialty. For lovers of country pursuits we can offer a full range. Please contact us for specific dates and events. Step out from the drawing room onto the front patio area with furniture and enjoy the spectacular valley of Cwmdu. Enjoy beautiful walks among the flora and fauna; spot the Wood Peckers, King Fishers and Otters as you wander along the river. Breakfast is a sumptuous affair, fruit juice, choice of cereals, toast brown or white, tea or coffee and of course a fully-cooked Welsh breakfast normally using our own bacon, sausages, and eggs.
this is a must for any couple who appreciate good food and 1st class accommodation. the house took some finding, the sat nav was giving us a tour of newcastle emlyn and the surrounding forests but we found it eventually, we were welcomed by julie and shown the house and our accommodation, we took our evening meal on the1st night , this was excellent served with wine and any drinks required, breakfasts too were of the same excellent quality.the house is set in the valley bottom surrounded by forest with a sizeable river running through the valley, tranquil with only the sound of the animals yet within easy reach of the coast and the rest of the wonderful welsh countryside. wonderful break , highly recommended.
