I have been working in North Somerset for at least 12 months over last 2 years and have stayed at the Premier Inn at Portieshead and have had service second to none and staff treat you as one of the family and check in takes less than 3 minutes which is great after a long journey. Would advise anyone to...

Premiere Inn excelled themselves with a warm welcome, a first class room, a good nights sleep and a superb all in breakfast. All staff did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Great value for money. Will stay again next time we head for the west country.

We booked in because we needed somewhere reasonably priced and a good location near a wedding we were attending. The hotel was brilliant, lovely room, very comfy bed, great breakfast, massively friendly staff. And a very good price to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Have stayed here several times, and always get a friendly welcome. We're getting old and stairs can be a problem sometimes, and there's no lift to first floor. Our request to swap for ground floor was readily agreed, and we had an enjoyable stay. Surely the bath towels here must be some of the biggest in the business (bathrobe size...

On arrival we checked in with ease and made to feel very welcome. We were told about the Premier Inn Good Nights Sleep Guarantee and assured we could contact reception at any time of the day and night. We stayed in a recently upgraded room which was very warm and comfortable. The room had low lights to make the room...

Nice quiet location in a room overlooking the car park so useful if you need to keep an eye on your vehicle. Room, as they always are, clean and tidy and look after. Bathroom functioned well and again clean and tidy. Staff on arrival and leaving very willing and able to help with a very cheery disposition. Breakfast next door...

Very modern nice room that was clean and tired. Perhaps too hot and you have to run the temperature at the lowest level as you cant open the windows. Huge TV and comfortable bed and all in all a very nice stay

Great experience for a budget 3* hotel and is far better than some 4*'s. Great friendly staff, clean, best breakfast choice ever had. Breakfast was very good value. Felt very welcomed and would highly recomend.

Comfortable and quiet hotel with good rooms and adjoining pub for breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff. Pub could do with some refurbishment but overall ok. Would I stay their again - yes but this place can get pricey at times - way above what it should be for the facilities.

Typical Premier Inn friendly reception clean room very comfortable bed. Some outside noise but nothing that troubled me. First evening not overly impressed with the Brewers Fayre next door there were a lot of dirty uncleared tables although the food was reasonable enough. Would recommend hotel and stay again if in the area.
