Really friendly, professional staff. Nice clean well maintained hotel with good value for money rooms. Excellent location for the marina and local pubs and restaurants. It was ideally located for cycling from Portishead to Bristol which was a 25 mile round trip most of which was on a cycle path.

This is excellent value, the room was clean and staff helpful. However, a few pointers may make your stay easier: *There is no restaurant, so the breakfast boxes are not a choice, they are your only option if you pay a bed and breakfast tariff. You may do better to do 'room only' and eat at the pub next door...

Clean, functional and overall reasonable value for money, great location on the waters edge. Handy with a Lidl next door, and Weatherspoons round the corner was good for breakfast, Travelodge probably need to up their game a bit, they are VERY basic.

Stayed here every month from April during 2016 Spotless rooms, great location. Free parking. An electric charging point is at Sainsburys less than a third of a mile away. Nice marina view rooms, Roger and his team are so helpful and friendly : )

Stayed with my girlfriend for one night, checked in really quickly by Clare who made sure I was parked in one of the correct bays (as previously mentioned hotel shares car park with Lidl) and when we came back from the car with our bag, Clare was there to hold the door open for us and explain everything about the...

The Travelodge at Portishead was presented well, it was clean and the staff were lovely and helpful. However the bed and pillows were like sleeping on bricks, due to the poor sleeping conditions I have had severe pain in my neck, back and shoulders. I have been taking strong painkillers for nearly 2 weeks now and have had to have...

I looked at staying in another hotel but decided they didn't offer a great deal more and were expensive. This hotel has a good selection of restaurants around. Roger who welcomed us when we arrived was such a happy friendly man. I am sure we will be back again.
