Stayed here with my partner and teenage daughter, arriving after 1.00am from a late flight. Had it been an early check in, we would have checked out immediately on seeing the rooms. The so called double rooms were very small as were the beds - they were not full size double beds and were also extremely uncomfortable. The rooms were...

My friend bought me the voucher for my 30th and I rang to book the day, on the date I chose I was told that the only treatment time left was 4.30 but we could come in and use the amenities any time before. We arrived at around 11.30 and was greeted by a very friendly man (James) who gave...

Stayed here before an early morning flight, and chose it because it was inexpensive. However nothing is included in the staying price except your room, you pay for breakfast, and airport shuttle. It would be better to go somewhere a little more expensive, that included some ammenities and is closer to the airport. despite what the name of the hotel...

We arrived about 1.30am after a late flight. The check in process was efficient and we were pointed in the general direction of our room which was on the 1st floor. There is no lift so we had to carry 2 suitcases and hand luggage upstairs (thankfully we weren't on a higher floor!). The room was adequate but there was...

I arrived here at 20:45 and checked in, room is small but adequate for what we needed. Now whatever you do don't ask for "room service" or should I say lack of same. We tried for 25 minutes to place an order and got passed about and told someone would call our room, that call never came and eventually after calling...

On the 7th June 2015 I purchased a voucher for the Britannia Airport Inn (Non accommodation) for a "Spa day for 2 including afternoon tea" costing £29. The description on the voucher reads as follows; "With a glass of wine in hand, ladies and gents will be treated to a full-day of spa pampering, including a choice of 30-minute treatment...

Stayed for just one night......thank god.The room looked really nice and clean on entering so ,as you do,I kicked my shoes off and uurghhh........a great big wet patch of carpet outside the bathroom! It was probably 4ft long and 2ft in diameter.so every time you wanted to go in the bathroom or out of your room you had to jump...
