Needed somewhere to stay overnight between flights at Manchester airport. This was a great choice and just 15 minutes away by taxi. Our room had obviously been recently renovated and was clean and modern with a cute little ensuite. Beds were comfortable, lovely big bay window, tea making facility with fridge, a very nice room overall. The following morning Mike...

Liz & Mike are two fantastic hosts. Their B&B gives you that homely feel, which is great. The rooms are clean & comfortable and you have everything you need in this place! You'll also benefit from a fantastic garden, which is great in the summer. Thanks for the great service Liz & Mike, I'll certainly stay there again on my...

I stayed at this lovely guest house for 3nights in March when visiting my aunt for her 100th birthday. Liz and Mike were very welcoming and helpful,, and the accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, with top class linen and extras. Breakfasts were delicious with home made yogurt and lots of fruit as well as the usual cooked choices. The...

Friendly, comfortable, superb breakfast, excellent facilities including mini bar to raise money for local charities. Lovely neighbourhood. Quiet. Would definitely stay again. Plenty to do and nice walks in the area. Also handy for Manchester Airport.

Stayed for a week during February as I was moving to the area and looking for somewhere to live. Was perfect for my needs and the owners were very accommodating, professional and friendly. Stayed in the single room and was perfect for my needs. Wonderfully cosey and included wifi, coffee/tea. The minibar snacks are very welcome and very cheap. Liz...

When celebrating my birthday recently we decided to book this guest house rather than get a taxi home just as a little treat. We have stayed locally at other hotels but this guest house is as advertised, luxury from start to finish. Your hosts Liz and Mike are the nicest couple you could meet, friendly warm hosts and nothing is...

I stayed here for a night a couple of weeks ago as I had an early flight from Manchester airport. The location makes it easy to walk to the restaurants in Wilmslow as well. I had a very comfortable stay. Mike and Liz were very charming and welcoming and my room was spotless. The thoughtful little extra touches make this...

Stayed one night in the single, Fulshaw room with a shared bathroom. I was greeted by Mike on arrival who was very friendly, showed me around the room and the honesty bar (reasonably priced emergency drink and snack supplies). The room is right outside the bathroom which is shared with 2 other rooms, as it's so close it's nearly en-suite!...

After looking for ages for a one night stopover, I booked here after reading the reviews below. I can only reiterate what has already been said. Absolutely spotless, comfortable, warm, quiet, lovely hosts, attention to detail and a beautiful home. We had a lovely warm welcome and a nice chat over breakfast. Thank you very much Liz and Mike.
