On arrival at the hotel we were shocked to see that the pub where we were looking forward to breakfast was closed for refurbishment. We had not been informed that this was the case. The hotel reception were fantastic and diffused the situation with their excellent people skills. We were made extremely welcome and comfortable but having arrived by train...

40 room refurbished hotel, so rooms are up to date with air con, big tv, good bathrooms. Short walk from Percival tube station. Slept from 3 in the afternoon till 5 the next morning without being woken up. In room on car park side, so can't comment on traffic noise from major main road. Room pretty clean, but there were...

Nice hotel with big, clean rooms. Slept like a baby, very comfortable bed! Location quite convenient. Easy distance to Wembley Stadium (we went to a Coldplay concert) and semi easy access to downtown London. We just stayed in London for one day and mainly to go to Wembley Stadium. I've been to London quite a few times and I would...

The hotel was perfectly situated within 10min walk of Perivale station. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean as were the rooms and beds very comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

I'll start with the hotel. Location is on a busy road 5 to 10 minutes walk to Perivale tube station which is in zone 4. Parking is plentiful and FREE so we arrived early, parked and walked to the tube and had a day in London. When we returned reception staff were extremely helpful and check in was very quick....

We have stayed twice in this hotel and on both occasions the staff were welcoming and attentive.it's a great budget hotel if visiting London. The tube station is just a short walk away and ample free parking is available. Good value all round

This hotel was perfectly situated for my families one night stay whilst attending the All Britain GAA Championships 2 miles away. The hotel itself is comfortable, good value for money and also well situated for a trip into central London. We travelled down by car along the M40, the hotel was very easy to find with no congestion, all be...

The hotel itself was very good, reasonably priced and very conveniently located for trips into London with free parking and 10 mins from underground station, it is a 30 min ride into the city. Breakfast is taken in the pub next door where the decor is very tired and desperately in need of a refurbishment. We had continental breakfast which...

Ideally situated for travel in to the city, this hotel was a little gem. The standards of cleanliness exceeded all expectations. Staff were friendly & helpful, offering help & advice from travel in to the city to replenishing tea bags. Highly recommended & will definitely be returning soon.

We came to see Beyonce, when arriving we asked the lady at reception (Lydia) about the transport. Lydia could not have been anymore helpful. If it wasn't for her we would have been lost. She was fantastic. Our stay was also very pleasant and the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Thank you would highly recommend...
