A school reunion was held at the Bridge so I decided to stay the night at the hotel rather than bothering distant relations living fairly close by. A few other friends were alo staying and we found that we were all paying different rates for identical or very similar rooms but no group rate or discount was offered. The pub...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, the room was tired and not very clean, stained carpets damp smelling and generally poor condition, shower was small with a dirty shower curtain, temperature tepid at best, the maids clearly have no interest in customer service, towels not replaced when asked, bed not straightened out just thrown back over, coffee not...

We arrived for dinner around 6:45 to be told the restaurant was closed because they had moved furniture around but could eat in...

Great hotel. Stayed 2 nights for the NFL weekend, easy transport to Wembley and into London city center. We arrived early but rooms were made avaliable. Rooms were clean, beds really comfortable. Great hotel choice for our stay. We will definatley use again for future Wembley events.

Upon arrival I was...
