Stayed at Lee Valley on and off for 8 months this year in our tourer. We have nothing but praise for the staff who work so hard and are always very helpful. Nothing is too much for trouble for them, we highly recommend this campsite.

Camped here for three nights with my son, excellent base for exploring London. Bus stops at entrance to site and drops you off at local train station then it's just a short train ride into London. Staff very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again

We stayed at this campsite in July/August for several weeks in our caravan with our toddler and would highly recommend it to others. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always with plenty of time to help. Site maintenance goes on around the clock, and in all the time we were there the toilets and shower blocks were clean and...

Thank you for taking the time to review our campsite, it’s great to hear all your positive comments about our facilities and our staff. We're especially pleased you noted our high turnover of visitors at that time of year and how our staff respond and cope so well with this. We hope you had a lovely family holiday and you...

I'm not sure what the situation is regarding alternative campsites close to the centre of London but I think you'll struggle to beat this. We stayed in our own trailer tent so I can't comment on the pods etc. The site is not that big but everything seems well divided. The pitches are of various types. We had a hard...

Thank you for your review, we’re pleased to hear that you were impressed with the site and that your little ones enjoyed the playground. In regards to the smell, this has been investigated and we’ve since been informed that our extractor fans were not working. These will be upgraded in due course and hopefully we can look forward to welcoming...

We apologise for your uncomfortable stay, the cabins are cleaned on every departure and we strive to maintain high standards on the campsite at all times including in our toilet facilities. I recently took my church youth group on their first weekend away here. It was a great experience for both my team and the young people. The staff were so helpful and couldn't have been more friendly with the young people. We will certainly think about visiting again! Thank you for the memories :)
