This is the second time we have had lunch here and, whilst the food is very tasty, the portions off the set menu are extremely small. However, the real issue is that the staff lack adequate training. There is no effort to greet you on arrival. The reception desk is around a corner so there is no direct contact when...

There are few places I would happily write a second review for - and this one. The hotel is beautiful - the service is totally first class. A beautiful drive way, and ample safe parking. Checking in is always delightful. Courteous, well mannered - having stayed here about 8 times - the quality is always the same and consistent The...

This is a wonderful get away! The London skyline is beautiful from the terrace. Excellent service, exquisitely decorated rooms and interior. Gardens are perfectly maintained and strolling through the grounds is very relaxing!

We stayed here for one night for our 37th wedding anniversary.we had heard so much about this hotel and we were not disappointed.we had a bottle of presseco put in our room and the hotel arranged flowers on my behalf for the room as well. Our room was excellent and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable. We had lunch...

We know this hotel well, it was renovated a couple of years ago and looks amazing. The 1st floor rooms in the main house are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself is nice and small and has lovely grounds. The food is only ok by our London foodie standards, but overall I'd strongly recommend the hotel for a short...

On arrival the receptionist was very pleasant, however he forgot to ask us for our c/c card details which meant we had trouble when trying to order room service. There were no lifts to get to our room so we had to carry our luggage down a load of stairs when we arrived. Our dinner table was booked for 8.45pm,...
