Gourmet food at reasonable prices. Good service but perhaps lacking ambience. A few minor adjustments and I would have given it 5 stars. Ps: excellent Romanian waiter who very kindly gave us a tour of the lovely hotel suites.

We rang the hotel to enquire about booking lunch on Mothers Day but there was no reply! We rang again shortly afterwards and got through to reception who took our details and informed us the Events team would call us the following day. Nobody called us. We rang yet again 2 days later and once again got through to reception...

Stayed here overnight last month in "Knightsbridge" which is a junior suite which as you look at the back of the hotel it's on far right corner room first floor so the view from the back is looking over grounds and view out to London The room itself was very large with double aspect windows and bed was comfy, bathroom...

A superb hotel set in mature grounds overlooking the vista of London in the background. The bedrooms in the main building are large, all have beautiful Laura Ashley furnishings and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are warm and spacious. On the large landing are settees and magazines to browse. The food is excellent, well cooked, prepared and served. The...

We stayed at the Elstree Laura Ashley Manor as a 'no-kid treat' for Valentines. Whilst the decoration and ambience of the hotel are very pleasant, it was the professionalism of the hotel staff that impressed us the most. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Dinner, Bed and Breakfast option as being a good-value way of spoiling yourself!

I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Limited food. Nuts in the food -took a child with severe nut allergy & made them aware of this ! Also had to keep asking for things , not attentive! Staff were polite but not enough of them to cover customers visiting !

Stayed here when I was on a work trip and found the room to be very comfortable! It wasn't very big but it was cosy and clean. Only problem I found was the curtain didn't quite cover the window properly and with the hotel being in an old building there was a slight draft through the window. The gardens were...

The hotel was beautiful and had amazing rooms. Extremely comfortable and a great getaway! The food, on the other hand, wasn't very impressive but the service and the setting was gorgeous and left me in awe! I definitely recommend going.
