I have no complaints about this beautiful place. It had the friendliest, most helpful and down-to-earth staff you could imagine. In fact, throughout our month of travelling in Europe, I would say that the wonderful folks at Weisses Kreuz made us feel the most welcome. We were sorry to leave and wish we could have stayed for longer! Very clean,...

We came here after sledging the Preda-Bergün trail. the waiters were very friendly and even have a little playarea for the kids. We ordered a Bündner Gerstensuppe and i have to say: That was the BEST Gerstensuppe i have eaten in many ears! Just amazing!

My wife and I usually only stay at 5 Star Hotels. However, as our trip was very spontaneous we decided to give it a try and went for the Hotel Weisses Kreuz. I was quite surprised. The hotel might not be very fancy but the clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent service and the great food thats being served with so...

The people here are lovely, always about to help and advise without being in your face. The hotel is very clean and quiet, good bar and restaurant. Breakfast was perfect for us as we like good cereals and lovely fresh breads, and some very tasty cheese if you like cheese at breakfast. Boiled eggs also available freshly cooked to order.

We stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. The hotel facilities are fairly basic but it is clean and well managed. Very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely continental breakfast each morning. The building itself is steeped in history - if you eat here, try and reserve a table in the older restaurant room as it's...

If you are travelling up the Albula Pass by road or by rail then spend at least a night here. My all time favourite Swiss hotel with lovely owners in charge and some very nice international staff. It is a well renovated old farmhouse style building set in the village centre: there is nothing special about the rooms but they...

We stayed for one night on a trip over the Swiss alpine passes. The reception was very welcoming and we very much liked the receptionist, Stefan, and the owner, Thomas! All the staff was very friendly and caring. The hotel is a very old place, however it has been carefully refurbished and offers a nice interior and warm atmosphere. Imagine,...

We stayed four nights in the Weisses Kreuz apartments right next door to the hotel. The apartment had one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/standup shower and pull out sleeper futon. The decor was simple and modern, and the bed was so comfortable - the down pillows and duvets and mattress were just great. We slept so well. The...
