We really enjoyed our week stay at La Casona - a small, unusual property based on the edge of Yaiza with great views of the surrounding fields and volcanoes. The building, gardens and grounds are really beautiful and well maintained, and different from any other building we saw on the island. We booked a double room, which was clean, functional...

Stayed for a week. Lovely location in a very pretty small town away from the usual tourist spots. Village has all the amenities you need. The hotel only has 10 rooms and they each have their own individual characteristics. Lots of art and art work around, reflecting the passion of the owners. We eat in on three evenings, otherwise we...

A stylish and beautiful building in the middle of Lanzarote's nature, perfect for a couple retreat. The architecture and interiors are great; they have a collection of old books and even a jacuzzi on a roof terrace, aside from a pool. Breakfast is good too, though not amazing.

We stayed at La Casona de Yaiza over Christmas 2015 and were very satisfied with our choice. We had very good accommodation on the first floor, with terrace and good-sized shower-room. I would have welcomed a comfortable chair in the room, however. Breakfast (buffet-style) was good (especially the smoked salmon). We dined in the cozy restaurant on 3 occasions; food...

We loved the Casona. Cool building, great places to hang out around the villa, wonderful nooks and cosy places. The restaurant was very good as well and unlike some of the other reviewers we found the service very good. The whole building just oozes old world charm.

We stayed in this lovely little boutique hotel for 1 night before getting the keys to our rental villa. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome when we arrived and we had a very nice room (I think No 1) directly underneath the jacuzzi on the terraced roof. For anyone looking for a bog standard Hilton type...

Recently stayed here with a wedding party for a week. We booked out all 10 room for family and friends who stayed over the week, and also used the hotel for the reception after. All members of staff were so lovely, kind, helpful and accommodating! The hotel itself is beautiful, every room different to the next with a lovely swimming...

Spent a week here in early September. The staff were really helpful & friendly, all of the rooms were delightful & we had s fantastic break. Cannot understate how much we enjoyed our stay - we've already recommended the hotel to loads of our friends & will continue to do so.

This is the perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday to get away from it all! There are only 16 rooms, which makes it feel very quiet and friendly. It also feels like a family run hotel (I'm not sure if it is, although it certainly feels that way!) Now, the town of Yaiza is very quiet and can feel a...

We have just returned from eight days based at the Casona de Yaiza whilst spending our days walking great lengths of this fascinating island that has a very particular beauty. The hotel is very quietly situated right on the edge of town with wonderful views over the arid but spectacular landscape but within easy walking distance of restaurants, the small...
