We stayed in a family room and the 3 extra beds are definitely big enough for teenagers. As a nurse I'm am always checking out different dietary options wherever we stay. There were gluten free options at all three sittings . None of us drink fizzy drinks so I can't help on the drink front. There are 2 small supermarkets outside the resort entrance and they both sell branded fizzy drinks.
Hope this helps.
