There are two types of rooms, the old ones and the new renovated rooms. Make sure you book a new renovated room. And ask for upper floors. The hotel has a lot of facilities and quite ok pools. You need to pay for the WIFI!!! But so it is with many Spanish hotels. The logistic in the restaurant is incredible...

we were treated like cattle, made to queue everywhere, only thing lacking were sheepdogs at our heels. Not that the food was worth queuing for, as it was insipid and usually lukewarm.Germans elbowed their way everywhere, and staff addressed all guests in German as if no other nationalities existed. Ordered a wake-up call twice without success, it turned out the...

Lovely friendly hotel six paces and on the beach. The rooms were adequate albeit a little small. Cleaned every day fresh linen. Buffet style meals but loads of choices. Adequate pool outside area clean and kept well, a short walk and on the beach, which again is beautifully clean - Very little noise unless your room is over the club...

Arrived 5th. November. Expected the colder weather but did not expect the hotel to be "SO COLD". Arrived late at night and was told that food was available in the restaurant. Did not bother as none of it was covered and looked as thought it had been poked around. Had side room that overlooked beach, sea and beginning of town...

At hotel from 5th October until 12th October overall nice hotel very tired in places. Requested a sea view on higher floor, never got a response and allocated a lower floor behind the trees. Helpful reception staff and dining room staff but 1 barman extremely rude. His name was Jesus ( this was really his name) if you are British...

I booked one of the renovated rooms, although basic, very clean. Sadly no kettle in the room though, so take your own. The hotel and resort is a German resort, I knew this prior to booking, there was no drunk brits around, which suited me fine. the food served in the hotel was really nice, a reasonable choice; breakfast was...

... needs major renovating. We stayed here luckily only for one night during our two week holiday. We were given a tiny well outdate room. If we would have stayed here for two weeks I would have went mad. You feel like you're back in the 60s. The location however is great, right at the beach and only a short...

Hotel is situated next to the public beach. Nice blue clean water. Bit crowded. Sun beds are paid. It has 3 nice swimming pools. Unfortunally every morning at 8:30 there are fights for these sun beds. People are running to get best ones( sadly mainly Czech turists) Hotel is average, accomodation sufficient. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed....

I stayed at this hotel with my 7 year old boy, I was getting concerned having read some of the recent reviews... However, you get what you pay for!! The location is brilliant, right on the beach, a small walk to town and close to local bus stop. The hotel has three good size pools and the hotel is ALWAYS...
