All our apartments in our aparthotel in Palmanova, Mallorca, have been recently renovated and are constantly improving throughout the complex to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed here as a family of 4 end of July 2020, a week after it had re-opened due to Coronavirus, and unfortunately until it had to close again on the last day of our holiday. So, a lot of the facilities (main restaurant, kids club etc.) were not available.However, we had a very enjoyable stay. The pool is lovely, very quiet due to the small number of guests. Toilets at the pool better than ones in most restaurants, and a lifeguard on duty. The food at the poolside snack bar was lovely, we ate here a few times. Our room had everything we needed. Really appreciate the free wi-fi, air-con and safe. It's a great location. 5 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. Hope to return next year.

Stayed for a week, all the staff are very helpful and friendly, always there to help. the apartment was very pleasent everything you need to go selfcatering,a well stocked little shop at the main reception which is open 24hrs, only downside there are no lifts and lots of stairs. more like a 4* hotel

The receptionists are excellent and speak perfect English. The hotel has the look of a 4* hotel. Lots of evening entertainment for adults and children, who have their own wee complex. Lovely pool area. We have been 3 times already. The rooms have everything you need and are a really good size. The furniture is a little outdated which stops it being a 4* in my eyes but it is in perfect condition with no marks on the furnishings. The walk-in shower could fit 4. We went half board this year and it was the best decision. Breakfast was better than H10 hotels and the dinner had something for everyone. 5*. Dining room furnishings were 5*. It was great having meals made for us but more freedom and space having an apartment. Buses are right outside the hotel going to Palma or Magaluf. Can walk to Magaluf and Palma Nova town centre is 5 minutes away. It states due to stairs not suitable for persons with walking disabilities. There are a few stairs at the front entrance and a few to the room. IWinding staircase leading to dining room. I use a walking stick (65) and managed the stairs as there are sturdy handrails. Request a ground floor apartment. There is a well stocked little shop. Pick your stuff and pay at reception. Very well run hotel. Cleaners keep this place immaculate. Plenty clean sheets and towels. 2 friends who visited for a birthday weekend away. Did the trick for what we wanted. Didn't get a cleaner once for the 4 days even with the coronavirus panic. Pool ISN'T heated so freezing cold. Lady on the bar was the only member of staff to even acknowledge our presence (she made yummy cocktails too) the hotel shop was extortionate when the supermarket around the corner sold items for €3 cheaper. All in all it felt dated, loads of steps and staff who don't want to talk to the english, lack of room cleanliness but good place to rest your head 💃🏼 *watch out for 10million pigeons that try to enter via your balcony door too

Stayed here for a week from the 7th march, what a lovely hotel to stay at, the staff are really friendly, from start to finish of the holiday we got nothing but smiles, The cleaners came to the apartment every day and cleaned, there was 2 days that we didnt want cleaning though and you have to sign to say you didnt which shows the hotels hygiene. There is so much on the complex, The pool is lovely and the apartments surrounding the pool blocks the wind but not the sun, theres a mini arcade for the little ones, a pool table inside aswell as one outside, a 24/7 shop, Bar,Restaurant, Even a little massage room you can pay to have any massage done, Night time entertainment for the children, which varies on different nights like on monday was karaoke and Tuesday was a parrot show, Wednesday a reptile show, and so on, On our second to last night we got our photos taken off john, They are beautiful. The next time we book a holiday we are going to come back here. The only thing I can recomend is asking for a low floor apartment, we were in D8 and there were so many stairs.
