I stayed at the Honolulu hotel whilst on holiday with my friends.
I stayed in a single room which was okay but rather dark and small, particularly the shower, you couldn’t really move in it without water flooding all over the bathroom floor.

This is a tricky one. For the first 5 days we were there there was no problem, even getting 3 drinks at once. Unfortunately, suddenly, that change to one per person. When I asked TUI staff why they answered they'd had problem most of the season! I spoke to the Manager who agreed to resolve issue. She did for me but others still only allowed one for remainder of holiday. This just caused lengthy queues so frustrating for all. On return I posted this info on Trip Advisor but Manageress replied to say the issue was quickly resolved but that was not the case. I also contacted TUI direct but the have still not replied after nearly 3 months. Not great!
