The hotel is generally very clean. The staff are friendly and the surrounding town is quite pleasant. Not too far from the town or the beach (maybe 10-15 minutes walk). Overall we had an enjoyable holiday and I would recommend this to German families. However,...More
After having read mixed reviews about this hotel (and the past dealings of Travel Republic and OpenTravel services - the agent) I was more than concerned that we were going to get moved on the last minute. But it didn't happen and my worries were...More

Appropriate location not far from beach in quiet part of city.Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and maintained. The services were perfect and food was delicious. It would be better if there was more information in English.
We spent here five days to explore the island and Can Picafort is a nice place for starting point. The town is not so big and it is not so crowdy as places nearby Palma.
We were positively surprised by the hotel. Food was good...More

No. The pool snack bar serves hot and cold drinks, in plastic/polystyrene during the day, and in pottery and glass in the evening once the pool area has been closed. If you are all inclusive, lunch is served in the restaurant, but as an alternative they put on a salad bar ("fitness buffet") in the poolside bar, which is usually either tuna or mackerel, and they also have pizza for those who don't like fish (or can't have as is the case of one of our kids). They also put on "coffee and cakes" mid-afternoon when they also open up the freezer for kids to help themselves to ice-cream tubs. But you do have a choice to eat in the restaurant (which is on the same lower level as the pool) where a good range of hot and cold food is served.
