We have been to this hotel for the past 5 years and have enjoyed each and every visit. The staff are always pleasant and courteous, especially at reception and the restaurant, any issues are deal with quickly and efficiently. The food is plentiful and a good selection is available each mealtime. Some combinations can be a bit unusual but it...

Hotel and staff are always amazing. Only two complaints from me as I've been here numerous time, the seating in the entertainment area need to be made larger very uncomfortable and the AI alcohol needs to be branded as it's now £2600 for two weeks here and some of the local hooch should be used in the heaters.

Good hotel, mmmmm We paid extra to go all inclusive, which worked out well, as not many restaurants around in walking distance, food was good quality, and always a good choice, we were always shown to a nicely laid clean table, drinks brought promptly , waiting staff very polite and looked happy in their work. Rooms not very big, but didn't...

This hotel looks and feels tired. Very dated and requires a complete redecoration. At the end of season meal choices got fewer and fewer. A good half mile from the town centre although there are some shops about 300 yards away. We had been transferred from the Rocamarina in Cala D'or as that hotel was totally unsuitable for my wife...

The hotel is a low rise development in a mainly residential area. Perfect location for the promenade and nature reserve but a bit of a stretch for the town. 'Houses' of rooms set in parkland around the pool is a very agreeable layout and makes for a very sociable holiday. All inclusive fare was generous and good standard. Some felt...

Me and my husband came back this year (6th-20th October) with my nan and grandad. It is the first time we have ever returned to the same hotel and for good reason! Rooms were clean and spacious, lots of wardrobe space. Comfy beds and large balcony. Much better with the glass panel now that it's been renovated. The bathroom had...

My wife and I stayed at picafort park after a week cruising around the Mediterranean. From checking in to checking out everything was fine. Very relaxing time. Plenty of room to sunbathe no scramble for sunloungers. The buffet in the restaurant is as good as anything we've had abroad certainly better than the buffet on the cruise ship. The pool...

The entertainment was excellent and Cryptic Blue sang all the songs we love and were a lovely couple.Luca was fab and what a voice. Breakfast was the best except for the queueing each morning for your drinks. I...

Apart from the transfer time of 90 mins and the pool being so cold unable to swim in it the hotel, entertainment and food were all excellent. Amazing meal times, especially with the pool bar menu of Jacket Potatoes, pasta, burgers, toasted standwiches and pitza available from 10am till 6pm. Made to feel a valuable client. All the other guests...

My friend and I stayed at this hotel from 24th - 31st October. Lovely room in E block which had lots of sun. The bathroom fittings bit dated, and the whole hotel needs a bit of TLC, painting and refurbishment. The shower was a little erratic - sometimes just a trickle then too hot or too cold. However, the room...
