The Hotel Palacio de Úbeda, former Palace of the Counts of Guadiana, was built in the 16th century. Located just 9 km from Baeza, both World Heritage Cities, and 33 km from the wonderful Sierra de Cazorla. The hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool, which offers spectacular views from its rooftop. Enjoy the Renaissance Thermas, which offer the maximum relaxation where you can enjoy a circuit of bathing in thermal waters, as well as the services of massages and other treatments. The establishment has private parking and parking service upon arrival, once you reach the main door of the hotel. All the rooms of this hotel, decorated in detail, mix with taste the best of the classic style of a palace, with the modern style more typical of a five-star hotel of the 21st century.

Thank you very much for your kind score and feedback. We appreciate your opinion and value your comments to let us improve and know your experience at Palacio de Úbeda. Parking includes valet service as it's so hard to drive around the narrow roads in downtown we look after your car from the first minute to park and bring it back to you on departure. There is some public parking around but as Úbeda is a very busy town with visitors and groups visiting the city and enjoying our gastronomy it's not always easy and quick find any space. But I can confirm that there are some possibililties around 2 min walk away to park on free basis. Just be noticed of the blue or green lines as they require a low fee up to a maximum of 2 hours. We believe our parking and valet service is worthy and hassle-free. However we take note of your suggestion and pass it to our management. Thank you for your time in letting us know.

We only stayed for one night. The room (inevitably) had a bath in it, but was very clean and a really good size. The bed was comfortable. Staff were really helpful and the breakfasts pretty decent. The gastrocafe is an absolute jewel with fabulous staff, good food and wine.

A great hotel with super accommodating staff. Located right in the heart of quaint Úbeda, this picturesque place with charm the pants off if anyone lucky enough to be there. The location of the hotel was perfect for just rolling out of bed and strolling to the nearest coffee

Arrived on a day when there was a Fashion Show taking place which meant that part of the facilities was closed off. It took 20+ minutes to get anyone to attend to us to check in. However Oscar the 'front of house' man was excellent - friendly helpful and very good English. Our

Dear Terry We are sorry to hear you experienced any hassle on you arrival with a show going through the streets. We had all our facilities open however the council had to close some facilities around but nothing to do with us. Oscar had to leave reception urgently to look after a guest who was needing help near reception however I do apologize for the delay to welcoming and attending you. I have given instructions to the team to avoid this in the future. I really appreciate all your comments and suggestions and I will pass them onto our General Manager to consider. We value the quality of our breakfast, service and place where we serve in and we consider that 18€ per person is a fair fee for a 5 star hotel after all you are in a century XVI palace too. We are glad that you enjoyed it. Thank you for all your comments and we hope to see you soon to offer a different experience nex time.

I had been really looking forward to visiting Úbeda and planned to stay 3 nights. We were told the gastrobar was closed and we could not eat in the hotel until 8.30pm, a 5 hour wait!! There was no room service available and the minibars were empty apart from 2 bottles of water.
