If your looking for a quiet peaceful hotel in a rural location with great views over the local countryside this is one for you. We spent two days by the pool and just about had it to ourselves. Staff are friendly and the hotel is only a short walk from Rio Frio

If your looking for peace and beautiful scenery then this is your place. Away from all the tourist attractions. Comfortable bed and good food. Could do with a few updates. I.e by the pool. But other then that good value for money.

A very attractive low rise hotel, converted from an old Olive Oil Mill, the perfect location for a quiet weekend away. Beautiful, peaceful location, with plenty of in-house activities if wanted (pool, attractive gardens and easy access to village of Riofrio). Service is generally excellent, but food only average, however there are two or three fantastic restaurants in Riofrio village....

We stopped here for an overnight whilst travelling Ronda. We booked a family suite for 140€. The room was very dated and needed refurbished. The location of the hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing. We had dinner in the hotel terrace - it was ok - not fantastic but ended up quite expensive. Breakfast was a real disappointment....

Stayed here a couple of years ago. We weren't happy with the room we were allocated but our agent had not told us there was a wedding that weekend. The hotel were very apologetic and changed the room the next night for a nice spacious room The hotel is easy access to a good main road and a very short...

I recently stayed at the Hotel Almazara with my family and approximately 25 friends. We choose the hotel because my husband and I got married there in 2006. The setting is lovely and we were very comfortable and very well looked after by the friendly staff. We had 6 young children staying with us and they were well looked after...

This hotel is rated as 4 star but fails to have a 4 star service. The approach to the hotel is very pleasant but that is one if it's only positive features. The reception is often vacant of staff. There are only a couple of English speaking staff, but most of the staff are helpful. During my nine night stay...

We found this hotel after a desperate search for piece and quiet after a hot noisy night in Granada. This hotel was a godsend, excellent for families with children with loads of room. The staff are exceptional and so accomodating, even arranging massages for us after a late night arrival. We had a lovely night cap in the bar and...

We were due to stay overnight at the Hotel Alamazara but had to postpone on 2 separate occasions due to family issues, the reservation was moved without any problem. Our arrival was at lunchtime, before the room was ready, the reception staff were very helpfull and kept our baggage safe while we had lunch in the Hotel Restraurant. We enjoyed...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during our stay in Loja while attending a friend’s wedding. First the pluses: Great location and beautiful area. The hotel is about 45 km from the Granada Airport in a rural area near RioFrio. A picturesque hotel that was pretty well kept and definitely unique. The hotel bar and restaurant was well...
