I have given an average rating for the accommodation but that is down to expectations we were told that we were being a lovely apartment in a quiet area and near the tennis courts . The reality was that it was one of there older properties and it is dated and was near the main road so ok it was...

This a long-established timeshare resort. However, it is impeccably maintained and Club la Costa run a very slick operation. Go for a promotional week---the sacrifice of one morning attending a very impressive marketing presentation is well worth the effort. This is the third time we have visited this resort and we have enjoyed it and surrounding areas more each time....

Marina Del Sol is one of the three resorts on this site and is a hovel. Both the restaurants, Zachary and El Rancho, associated with Marina Del Sol are flea bitten and sell the usual junk burgers, nuggets and pasta dishes. That said the independent Spanish restaurant next door to the reception is actually really good. The three pools you...

I was sorry to see that your remarks were so at odds with the positive feedback we receive from many of our guests, including long standing members, many of whom we see each year at our family friendly resort. We set high standards for customer care and facilities in all our resorts, including our restaurants, which are popular, relaxed, with...

What a place. There were never any spaces on the sun-loungers. The pool is far too small for the amount of people who use it. The pools were murky from too much use. Kids running wild, jumping and bombing, throwing balls everywhere, the lifeguards didn't care about anything. The rooms were like ovens, no air con. A sweat box. Beds...

I was sorry to see that you were disappointed with your stay. We have a number of pools on resort and please be assured that all are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards. We do ask guests to refrain from reserving sun loungers and will remove towels if necessary and we do have pool rules to ensure comfort and...

What a great welcome by the night receptionist Jesus at Club la Costa-Marina del Rey, after spending 20 minutes with us over the phone to give us driving directions, after midnight, we felt very well looked after! The resort is quite big, it takes a train to go from one side to another, which runs every half an hour, with...

We have just come back from this place and have to say it was amazing.. we were sceptical at 1st as never done one of these before. The apartment we had was a 2 bed one in Marina Del Sol section, beautiful building, 3 mins from reception with 2 different pools over looking the sea. We were 2 adults and...

Stayed here with my family for a week, as part of a promotion. Part of a timeshare deal, but can be booked as an ordinary hotel. Service and apartments were very good. Clean throughout. All members of staff were very helpful. As it's a timeshare, you tend to find families or couples staying here and not your usual holidaymakers.

Just got back from a promotional holiday at the Marina del Rey suites with my family, our apartment was right next to the pool so my sister and I had a blast chilling by the pool and swimming till we were tired. The beach was easy to reach from the resort despite how hilly the resort was. The rooms were...
