This is our fourth holiday at this wonderful hotel which through Thompsons is AI. The location is about 20 mins courtesy bus ride from Funchal in a quite but lovely location....don't go here for night life.

very good hotel. bedrooms are spacious. food selection was good too though restricted to two sittings.

We looked at a suite via reception on a changeover day although none were available to upgrade to when we were there. The suite looked really nice. I hope that helps?
We had adjoining rooms automatically and when we checked in the receptionist stated to let them know if we weren’t happy so they aim to please...just call the hotel to double check once you have booked...
