Stayed here from 23rd September for a week.we found hotel clean and tidy, towels changed everyday and bed linen changed halfway through the week. Staff polite and friendly very adequate breakfast and evening meal with choices. Beach and sea beautifully clean . This hotel is a good central position with access to its own private part of the beach. Handy...

Horrible!! Choose another hotel. Do not be fooled by the 4 stars. Bad and very unfresh breakfast, the rooms smell mold, dirty towels and bedding. We try to change rooms but the problems persisted, even if we had choosen a more expensive room than the standard level. We traveled around Italy and also stayed at 3 star hotels which had...

I'm used to 5* all inclusive complexes, but we were on a budget this year. Italy is expensive for families, especially in August, but we found Ambasciatori Palace an affordable option so we took a gamble. Once you've got over the difference between 5*-3* (in my opinion), you will really enjoy yourself here! The staff were great, pool clean, hotel...

Was not disappointed having two weeks at hotel will go back again. No complaints at all. Our air conditioning did not seem to work . Told reception and within short time it was sorted so air conditioning was switched on. Rooms spotless. Staff very helpful. And work very hard Go out of way to help. You feel they are there...

Ok, so, as can be seen from other reviewers, this hotel won't suit everyone, however, what it may lack in style it makes up for in spades with its good points. The décor is certainly dated but not unpleasant, quite "retro" in fact, the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy and bedlinen crisp and clean. Rooms were well equipped with...

Rooms were very small , air conditioning turned off on 31/08/16 and despite temperatures in the 80s would not put back on . The food was good and the waiters nice . Nothing to do in the hotel apart from a bar which did serve tea and coffee but not even a biscuit . Very disappointing . Expected more .

We have stopped at this hotel three times and like lots of others have found it to be very good all round but must admit it is showing it`s age a bit now and staffing seems to be a bit short. The good points are, 1. Position of hotel, central with easy access to local activities both on the beach...

Stayed in this hotel last week. Staff very friendly and helpful, as was out rep. Stephanie. Bedlinen and towels lovely and clean, as was the hotel. Beds comfy. Food average. Speaking for myself, The sweets not up to much. Felt like making a good old apple pie. The hotel is right on the beach and situated around half way along...
