We were 2 couples, and arrived early evening to Dudda as we had booked 4 nights at Casa al Chianti (from the reviews on Tripadvisor). Upon meeting Francesca (the owner), we immediately realised that this was a good choice. She is so warm, friendly but most of all, passionate about her place. The B&B has a ample parking just opposite...

Note: We did not stay at this B&B so the review is for the restaurant and shop that is integral. Dudda is a wonderful little village (part of Greve in Chianti) with wonderful people, fantastic food and outrageously good "house wine." We met the proprieter of Casa al Chianti, Francesca, when we could not find the B&B where we were...

We spent 3 lovely days in the rolling hills of the Chianti countryside and we were so lucky to be staying here at Casa al Chianti. Francesca and her family were so welcoming, and immediately upon arrival, suggested us to visit a local winery that has won numerous awards, as well as nearby towns in the area. The restaurant had...

We visited the restaurant various times for dinner during our stay in 2014. The vila we rented was across the road. The restaurant/B&B has a good car park in front. Dudda is small hamlet in the scenic hills of Chianti The food is simple and fabulous, just how it should be. There is ample space in the garden for the...

After three busy days in Florence, we needed a quiet refuge in the Chianti countryside. Casa al Chianti B&B fit the bill perfectly. Located in Dudda (population 48), a short drive from Greve in Chianti, it's the only game in town for lodging and a meal. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and nicely decorated. Ours had a beautiful view of...

The B&B is located in Dudda, which is 10 minutes from the town center of Greve. It's up in the mountains in a very small village. The B&B itself was very nice with very friendly owners. She even offered to drive us to the whine festival in Greve. We where together with another couple and we got a very large...

My title says it all. This was a wonderful place to stay. We played ping pong and swam while overlooking the gorgeous green sweeping planes of Tuscany. We then enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant below. Perfect choice!

This tiny town with sweeping views of cypress trees, olive groves and vineyards is the Tuscany you dream about. Far from anything you could possibly consider commercial, Dudda is the perfect spot to locate yourself for a few days or a week of exploring the surrounding region. Francesca, the owner of Casa al Chianti, is energetic, talented and very anxious...

We were looking forward for our trip to Chianti, it was a 3 nights stay out of the 10-day trip through Italy. We loved all of it, and Chianti and especially Casa al Chianti were our most awaited stop, and we weren't dissapointed. When we got there it was during the evening, and Francesca welcomed us like we were her...
