Stayed here for four nights in March. Great room (no 4) large bathroom, balcony. However some of the bathrooms are small. Towels changed every day. Staff friendly and accommodating - my friend had a flat tyre and the hotel was very helpful, with a compressor being provided with no trouble. Food was good, with a choice of two dishes for...

Great hotel with genuinely friendly, helpful staff and owners. We had a cosy room with a balcony, good bathroom, and lots of cupboard and wardrobe space. Our room was above the patisserie and we took full advantage of its lovely cakes and excellent coffee after our days skiing. The housekeeping was excellent, with lots of clean towels and sheets. We...

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is modern and clean. Meals were very good and portions were big enough for hungry skiers. Waiter spekas 5 languages, is very professional and fiendly and likes to entertain guests. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Sellaronda chairlifts. I like staying there.

My motorcycle tour group of 8 persons recently spent 4 nights at the Genziana. Arabba is an excellent place to ride out of for several days of tours, and this hotel is a very good choice of accommodation. The rooms are modern and clean. The food simple, but of a high standard. There are several restaurants and bars within easy...

Spent 3 nights here while cruising around Dolomites. It's a bakery and hotel so food and sweets are in good hands, everything is fresh. The rooms are good standard and modern bathroom with plenty of hot water for showers after a day on the field. Have a pleasant stay.

Used to stay at the other side of village a few years ago, but this was indeed a pleasant change. Lovely and friendly hosts, impeccable cleaning, facilities very good and excellent breakfast. WiFi was the only thing we could point a finger at - but definitely not anything that destroyed our stay.

The Genziana is perfectly located in the village centre for access to both ski lifts and also to the ski hire shop.  The rooms are spacious, spotless and have south facing balconies where you can catch the last of the afternoon sun.  The atmosphere is similar to a Refugio - small, family run, simple ample food and great hospitality.
