We spent the weekend here and had a great time. the B&B is in an excellent central location, stunningly styled in a quaint yet modern house. The owner was able to give us some excellent suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with plenty of choice. We will be going to stay again.

We stayed one night to be close to the mosaics. Our hosts meet us near the b&b, showed us where to park and told us about the town. Room was large with comfortable bed and refrigerator. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Delicious breakfast and nice garden if weather allows.

We stayed one night to visit the Villa Romana de Casales. Alessia & Morgan were perfect hosts and their B&B reflects their commitment to ensuring their guests have a wonderful stay. Our attic room was spacious, bright and comfortable - with a balcony with great views. Breakfast was incredible - varied and delicious - and fabulous espresso! Our hosts helped us so much: good communication in advance about finding the B&B; carrying our heavy bags upstairs for us; provided a map and advice of where to go, what to see, where to eat (Trattoria Del Goloso, our choice was excellent); arranged a driver to take us up and pick us up from the Villa the next day (only 20E); researched bus connections for our next stage of travel; allowed us to leave our luggage while we did our sightseeing. We highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed!

We stayed here for two nights, the main purpose being the Villa Romana del Casale. We arrived by car transfer and our host met us at Piazza Santo Stefano (near Chiesa di Santo Stefano and Teatro Garibaldi) to take us to the B&B, as car accessibility is not convenient. Morgan is a great host, nothing was too much trouble. The B&B itself is wonderful. It is beautifully decorated with a delightful small garden. We had a great room; clean, plenty of room, a very comfortable bed and plenty of drawer/hanging space for our clothes. A good breakfast was provided and the coffee was great. Morgan arranged transport for us to go the Villa Romana and this was when we met Roberto Sapone. If you get chance, it is worth doing a trip with Roberto. As well as the transport to and from the Villa, Roberto gave us a short tour of Piazza Armerina. Again, nothing was too much trouble and Roberto was so informative of the local area and Sicily, in general. A good eating place is Ristorante Teatro; good food and very friendly staff. Although in Piazza Armerina only a short time, we had a great stay. Would we stay in this B&B again? Without hesitation!

We spent one night at Giardino Delle Zagare and it was really perfect. We were 3 people and had 2 rooms. We came to visit Villa Romana del Casale which was just a short distance away from the B & B. The rooms had all the comfort and charm one would want and Morgan couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Breakfast was also excellent. It is a little difficult to arrive by car but Morgan makes this all happen without a hitch. Do not hesitate to stay at this B & B when visiting the Villa Romana del Casale.

Our room was a large duplex style. It was tastefully appointed and very clean. Our host, the friendliest guy you could ever meet, was super accommodating, he even came out in a torrent of rain to help us with our bags. Breakfast was in a very nice room with all you would need to start the day. WiFi was good. We didn't have the best of weather so we didn't get to enjoy the garden, but I'm betting it would be a great place to sit with a glass of your favourite beverage and just chill out. I would recommend to all and without thinking twice stay again.

We only spend one night in this accomodation, but we found it excellent. The hosts were very helpful in assisting us parking the car, the room was clean and beautifully designed, and the breakfast was very good as well. Thanks for everything!

My husband and I had a lovely 1-night stay at Giardino delle Zagare. Beautifully designed room with access to a garden, delicious breakfast and excellent hospitality. Morgan helped us with parking (nearby and reasonable price) and our luggage. He gave us a map of the town and vouchers for free tastings of local food products at a couple places in town. He even helped arrange for an English-speaking private guide to meet us at Villa Romana. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Our hosts were friendly, accommodating (the yellow lab, Ettore, was a luv) and the room clean, light and airy. Breakfast was very good, better then what passes for "breakfast" in Italy and Europe. There's not much to do in Piazza Armerina besides go to the mosaics, but if that's your plan, then you are in luck. If you are driving, you park in the pay lot next to the Garibaldi Theater, and at reasonable rates.

We much enjoyed our one night in this B&B. Our room (the Orange Room) was beautifully furnished, with a balcony looking out over the city. There is also a pretty garden. We were very well looked after in general, and given a friendly welcome. The B&B is situated in a pedestrianised part of the city, and so there was a 200 metre walk from the nearest car park, but Morgan, one of our hosts, came to guide us to the B&B, and help with our luggage. Many people wishing to stay in Piazza Armerina will be coming (as we did) to look at the Roman villa nearby. However, it's well worth finding the time for a walk about the old city itself. The cathedral and the old quarter around Via Monte are well worth seeing.
