I went with the family, 1 week in the area, very nice accomodation, the apartment had all we need and easy to see many sights around, beaches, historical and food. Definatevely a place I would recommend if you are around Sciacca.

Myself and a friend stayed with Lidia and Alberto in August and it could not have felt more like home! We spoke very little Italian but could still sit with Lidia, who told us to call her Mama, for hours and enjoy each others company. Not only do we get home cooked scones, breakfast treats and bread every morning, but...

Solaris was great place to stay. It is well located between 2 great Greek ruin sites on the edge of the Mediterranean. The hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. The rentals themselves were on lovely private grounds and perfectly kept..."clean as a whistle" definitely recommended!

My son and I traveled to Sicily in hopes of discovering and experiencing our Sicilian roots. Thanks to Lidia, Alberto and their family, our dream became reality! Their gracious, inviting hospitality was a vivid reminder of the warm, caring environment that I grew up with. They treated us like family! Home cooked meals the way my mother and grandmother prepared...

We had two nights and feel Lidia and Alberto go out of their way to welcome, please and ensure everything is just right for their guests. Excellent value for money, easy to find and well located for a quick trip into town and on/ off the main east- west coast road. Very clean and tidy, very comfortable, porch with outside...

I went to Sciacca for work and I found this place by mistake: what a nice surprise! The owners are special people and very cordial, you can ask the moon and they will help you to get it! The rooms are clean, the position is fantastic! I had a big van and they helped me to park even outside their...

B&B Solaris was one of the highlights of our trip. After a long, hard 24 hours of getting to Sicily, we arrived tired and out of spirits. Alberto and Lidia set things right again. Their welcoming hospitality made us feel like family. When we asked where we could buy some arancini, Alberto went and got some for us while Lidia...

Having just spent 4 nights at Solaris B&B in Sciacca, my advice is to most definitely stay there if you are considering this part of Sicily as a base. The place is everything it said on the web....it is on the outskirts of the town centre (a plus for us) with easy signage and access on the west side of...

The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all necessities. The kitchen is also well equipped for cooking meals and abundant items were available for a prepare yourself breakfast. The outside environment is beautiful with a...

Following a few nights at Solaris, chosen with other reviewers' positive comments in mind, we do feel that we were misled. The accommodation is fine, although there was nowhere to sit comfortably in the the apartment we had. There is a Spar supermarket within short driving distance and a good view of the gravel works (?) in the nearby costal...
