It's hard to describe the ambiance at Erba Persa Agriturismo. It's simple, peaceful, bucolic and relaxing. Claudio and Grazia are the best! Kind, helpful, hardworking and genuine. The breakfast is delightful with a number of organic foods, including homemade yogurt and kefir, cheese from the Coopertiva, homemade multi-grain bread, specialty cakes and fruits of the season. Organic juices, tea and...

We came it this region for five days to relax, enjoy Italian food and nature and chill. I am so glad to have chosen l'erba Persa over the cinque terre towns. Peaceful, calm, private - l'erba Persa was perfect for our little holiday. We stayed in the apartment at the back which seems to have been closed up for a...

We found Grazia and Claudio by accident but we are much richer for it. We loved the rooms, the cakes, the grounds, cats, bikes, local pride and knowledge, books, music, warmth and the locality. We walked ( 15 minutes) or rode into town and to the station and Grazia generously collected us and dropped us off with our luggage. This...

Cinque Terre was the best part of our holiday, and this was largely due to staying at L'erba Persa. Grazia and Claudio interacted with us on a personal , genuine level. We felt completely relaxed and at home. The animals were wonderful and friendly(didn't test the donkey though). Having the bicycles at our disposal, made getting around really easy. Headed...

First off, the hospitality by The owners of this farm stay was especially wonderful. Grazia and Claudio put on a very respectable continental breakfast. They were very accommodating about helping us get to and from places in town. They just have a very laid-back disposition regarding The grounds that the farm is on and letting you explore at will. Second...

I stayed here last month and had a wonderful experience. Grazia is absolutely wonderful and the moment we arrived there she sat us down, grabbed a map and indicated on it restaurants/gelateria she recommended (that are relatively tourist-free) in addition to walking trails to the towns. She explained everything. Nothing was ever too much! The rooms were lovely (although old),...

This place is what it claims to be. Not a hotel a family farm you can stay on. I stayed here for 5 nights with my parents and sister. I found the rooms clean and comfortable and a great place to stay. Here are my highlights. Wifi - the wifi in the rooms is spotty, the apartment non existent but...

L'erba Persa was the most perfect place. We are vegans who love animals, and the horses, donkeys, dogs and cats gave us a gorgeous welcome, as did Grazia (and the whole family). A comfortable bed in the sweetest of rooms, and in a location which is perfect to see Cinque Terra. We could alk and trek in the madness and...

We had a very restful week at Agriturismo l'erba Persa, and as some previous reviewers have mentioned, it is both enjoyable and important to get away from the crowds for a while. This place provided just that - a quiet week away from the throngs of tourists in other, more touristic parts of Italy. At night, the only audible sounds...
