This was a nice clean hotel, a bit uncomfortable with no air conditioning but that's not their fault. Breakfast were great. The location is perfect for exploring the trails by foot or taking the boat to the CQ towns (which I can't recommend highly enough) Be sure to explore the area away from the more touristy beach and you'll discover...

Room was clean and had new bathroom. Breakfast was a full buffet that was very popular. The have an evening meal available which is also popular. Important as levantos good eateries fill up quickly and it can be a bit hard to get in. Levanto is the best of the towns in the cinqueterra district. Dont just do the popular...

What a great alternative to the 5 Terre. Have stayed in two villages. I wholeheartedly suggest staying in this hotel and doing the 5 Terre by train or boat. The staff are incredibly friendly, like family. Breakfast is plentiful and varied and delicious, especially the cakes. Location is convenient for train, boat or car. Great place and would definitely recommend...

We stayed at the Hotel Palace because we couldn't find anything at a reasonable price in the Cinque Terre. When we began to explore the region, we were so glad that we made that choice. The hotel is pleasant but not fancy. It's location is ideal. It is only a short walk to the beach with many restaurant choices. The...

An average three star hotel.Charming in a 1960's kind of way, with no air conditioning in the rooms . Unfortunately, it was really hot when we arrived, and we had to make do with a tiny fan in the room.Rooms and bathrooms are pretty basic, but very clean . Definitely not a luxury hotel.Well situated in the centre of Levanto,a good 15...

I stayed three nights here in Levanto to enjoy the Cinque Terre coastline and am so glad a friend recommended staying in this town instead of one of the five villages. Sure, the Cinque Terre towns are charming, colorful and fun but they were absolutely mobbed during my visit in mid-September – many, many hundreds of people departing each of...

We stayed at The Hotel Palace for 3 nights in October. Service both pre check in and during check in was excellent, speedy and simple. The downstairs area of the hotel is somewhat dated and quite coldly furnished - not everyone's cup of tea. The hotel has a lift which is perfect for getting your suitcases up to your room....

This is a charming hotel, run by the most helpful and friendly staff / family. The rooms are simple and spotlessly clean, though the bathrooms and shower are tiny. All correspondence was responded to promptly during the booking process, and on arrival we were provided with lots of information about the area, and our questions answered with detail. A great...

We chose the Hotel Palace for several reasons - it is close to the train station to which we could just roll our suitcases from and to and also catch the trains to get to the Cinque Terre towns in just a few minutes and yet much more reasonably priced than had we stayed in the five villages (which were...
