The hotel itself on first impression was pretty but I was initially underwhelmed. I shook off my tiredness and explored, only to discover that we had an indoor spa (which was magnificent) and a lovely little pool. The water in both is volcanic and therapeutic so highly recommended for allergy sufferers. The grounds were beautiful and the views spectacular. The...

It really is as lovely as the photos, the team are so lovely, the receptionists are so helpful with bus timetables, maps and trip brochures on hand. Ischia is a mountain of winding roads full of hotels, this has a free shuttle taking you to the next village. The food is lovely but if you fancy a change there is...

Just returned from a really lovely holiday here. Everything from the room, cleaniness, pool, views and staff was faultless. Though the hotel doesn't have many English visitors we were made very welcome, especially as we tried our best to communicate in Italian which the staff appreciated and no doubt gave them a few laughs at my poor grammer. The hotel...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days as part of a honeymoon away. The hotel itself I'd rate a 3 Star, but give a 1 star based on the following: Pros - great mountainside views, access to spa with hot baths, large outdoor swimming pool Cons - my wife & I are from Toronto Canada & only speak...

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and we were just blown away by its beauty. The island itself is already very pretty, but the views during breakfast en when you are laying at the pool just never get boring. The rooms are also very nice, we had a private terrace with the room as well. The airconditioning works great...

Make sure you have a sea view room, it is worth. The place is super relaxing, nice view on the surroundings and the sea. Rooms was good with good mattress, good and silent aircon, black curtains. Breakfast is very good and service excellent. We were stuck a couple of times with transportation and the management helped us to accommodate a...

We arrived late at night and when we looked around the following morning, we were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings and the stunning view. We got to...

Just spent a week at Poggio Aragosta in the island of Ischia. The hotel is simply beautiful, in a beautiful location. The view from our balcony was just breathtaking. We could enjoy the orange sunrise with the silhouette of the Vesuvio. The breakfast was served on a beautiful veranda, with the view on the sea. Everything is well kept, of...

This hotel is located ~1.5 km from Lacco Ameno, on the hill overlooking the southern coast of Ischia (Casamicciola/Lacco Ameno). Sunrise and sunset can be both enjoyed in normal conditions, and the view is spectacular both from the breakfast/dinner terrace and from the pools. Pools and spa are clean and tidy (thanks to an excellent keeper.. but a bathing cap...
