we were here for a week before Easter - a family of 4. We stayed in the new extension - interconnecting rooms (as requested) were lovely - soft fluffy carpet, big TV, and coffee and doughnuts at the end of corridor at all times - what's not to like? The staff were lovely, really helpful and pleasant, and always available...

We were unsure if to stay in meribel village or here but so pleased with our decision. Location was perfect and had more of a vibe about it than places in meribel centre. Ski in/ski out is not an exaggeration;literally feet away from hotel door. Clean, bedrooms are basic but just right. Nice balcony area and fantastic views. Good bathrooms;...

The minute you arrive you feel so welcomed and at ease. Becky and Katie did our check in and barman Alex also popped over to introduce himself and to carry our bags up to the room. I don't know what type of room my husband booked but Katie announces we've been upgraded to one of their new rooms which we...

I recently visited Mottaret for a long weekend, business ski trip. If only we had stayed at the Mottaret though... we certainly will be next time! Upon the recommendation of a friend we popped in for drinks before dinner in town on our first night, and wow! What a gem! We didn't make it into the jacuzzi on the terrace...

Good hotel, good location, good, clean, well laid-out bedrooms (in the new extension), good food (half board for three days and we didn't get bored!), good outdoor hot-tub, okay pool table, comfy seating areas, and excellent staff; friendly, helpful receptionists, great fun bar staff, attentive service in the restaurant - someone has chosen and trained them well! Somehow it makes...

Stayed here with my family early March. Overall was a very good stay, the bar/lounge area is comfortable although not designed very well if you are a couple as all the sofas are grouped in 6+ seating. The bar itself is very well stocked and great for all inclusive. The bedrooms vary, the new refurbished rooms are lovely however the...

The hotel really surpassed my expectations. The lounge, bar and reception is one big open space, which lends to a very friendly atmosphere. Everybody was super friendly, warm and polite. "No" was clearly not a part of the vocabulary. The rooms in the new addition where modern, spacious and had a nice balcony/view. Breakfast was really good and met our...

The most friendly hotel I have ever stayed in!! Alex, Nick, Becca etc are the most helpful and lovely staff I have ever encountered in the Alps. Nothing is too much trouble for them, so thank you guys xx The room although not staying in the new block was really comfortable and the tea/coffee/cakes always available on the corridor was...

A superb hotel located close to the slopes with very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for a lovely week - special mention to Becky, Nick and Alex for their relentless help and fun-filled service throughout the week. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable - food was excellent - loved the lunch barbecues in the sunshine...
